In a beautiful natural environment, independent wooden house with private swimming pool on an open 7000m2 condominium site consisting of two dwellings.

Contemporary wooden house, built on stilts, with an area of 150 m2 for 8 people, with several terraces, including a comfortable covered terrace of approximately 30 m2. The main house is made up of a large living room that opens onto the terraces with large picture windows. Two sofas, dining area, TV, wifi internet. Fully equipped American kitchen, 2 independent bedrooms, a large bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a large sink and a walk-in shower, separate WC.

Amazing find ! Perfect location

Absolutely fantastic. The photos don’t do it justice. The pool was wonderful and safe and the house was so well equipped. Even some games for the grandchildren. Host responded to any questions quickly. Kitchen has everything The location was stunning although a good 10 minute drive to town, which wasn’t a problem. Would highly recommend and would certainly go back

Ruhe und Erholung pur

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus begann mit einem sehr freundlichen Telefonat mit David, der mir trotz meiner schlechten Französischkenntnisse geduldig alles erklären konnte. Das Ferienhaus ist modern und großzügig gebaut und bietet genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Zusammengebaut ist es mit einem weiteren Haus (hier wohnt Jean-Yves - sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!), aber die beiden Häuser sind so gebaut, dass man rein gar nicht vom anderen mitbekommt. Überhaupt kann man hier absolute Ruhe und Einsamkeit genießen! Traumhaft liegt der saubere Pool nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Besonders poritiv fand ich, dass es auch einen Staubsauger gab (dieser war leider teilweise abgebrochen, aber noch nutzbar), was mit Kindern im Haus doch auch sinnvoll ist:-) Insgesamt eine tolle Woche, die wir gerne verlängert hätten. Wer Ruhe und freundliche Menschen sucht ist hier genau richtig!

Ardèche toujours

Belle maison bien intégrée à son environnement, ayant vue sur de superbes paysages. La piscine est dissimulée au milieux des arbres. Cadre réservé au repos et à la méditation, le superbe village des Vans est à 5 mn en voiture, très jeunes enfants s’abstenir.

Maison extraordinaire

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison et les environs. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée, propre. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine (la température est montée jusque 42° pendant notre semaine... se baigner dans une eau à 28 était rafraichissant). La maison est un peu en retrait et le calme règne. La configuration de la 3eme chambre "indépendante" par rapport au reste de la maison était idéale pour notre famille avec grands enfants... La ville de Les Vans est tout prêt et gagne à être connu. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié Bannes, le Bois de Païolive, le chassezac, etc etc

Maison très agréable

Maison moderne sur pilotis au milieu de la végétation ardéchoise. Calme , vue splendide, à 2 km du village des Vans. Un vrai havre de repos. La maison est très bien équipée. Randos et activités diverses à proximité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons !!

Extraordinaire séjour en sud Ardèche

Très confortable "maison d'architecte", vaste mais très discrètement intégrée dans un fabuleux environnement naturel... Magnifiques espaces extérieurs (dont le coin piscine), plusieurs terrasses en bois (la maison est sur pilotis); les grandes baies vitrées donnent sur des paysages somptueux, faisant croire à un isolement total, alors qu'on est à 10 min. d'un gros bourg super charmant et très vivant, avec toutes les commodités; coup de coeur pour cette zone sud Ardèche aux multiples atouts (randonnées spectaculaires, canoë sur le Chassezac, marchés de producteurs et artisans, ...) Une excellente adresse, merci aux propriétaires d'en faire profiter des hôtes occasionnels!

We have had a very nice stay and the house is even better then pictured. The location is great: tranquille but also close to the lovely village of Les Vans. We would defintely recommend this house and hope to come back here ourselves! The owners are lovely people and helpfull.

Vacances en pleine nature

La maison est comme dans la description agréable, très ouverte sur la nature. La piscine n est pas tres grande mais suffisante , très jolie , elle s intègre à l environnement tout en étant liée à la maison , un joli coin de lecture face au paysage magnifique. Le village Les Vans n est qu à quelques minutes en voitures pour faire quelques courses ou bien retrouver un peu d agitation Monsieur et Madame Bonnassieux toujours disponibles, nous ont accueillis chaleureusement, bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Jolie Maison très reposante

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances en famille dans un lieu magique. La maison est spacieuse , confortable et très lumineuse grasse aux baies vitrées qui s'escamotent dans les parois et donnent l'impression de vivre en permanence à l'extérieur avec une vue imprenable sur le joli paysage de l'Ardèche . Nous avons bien profité de la piscine sans vis à vis ,l'environnement de la maison est très calme . Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et tout est réunis pour passer de bonnes vacances.

.... viel mehr braucht man dazu gar nicht sagen! Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche dort verbracht und den Ausblick jedes Mal genossen. Unsere beiden Kinder liebten den Pool. Das Haus ist sehr persönlich und liebevoll ausgestattet, eine Oase für Retro-Design-Fans. Mehr als ein Ferienhaus! Der Ort ist (mit dem Auto!) schnell zu erreichen, dort gibt es alles, was man braucht, im hübschen kleinen Stadtkern sind nette kleine Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Souvenir-Läden und vieles mehr. Eine schöne Mischung aus Touristen und Einheimischen… Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Thank you Marie & Claude for this amazing place!

sehr schöner, ruhiger Ort, sehr schönes Haus

Ein sehr schönes, selbst gestaltetes Haus mit kleinem Pool, den wir im Sommer sehr genossen haben. Man kann die Fester der Vorderfront ganz öffnen, was im Sommer sehr gut ist. Der Anbau mit zwei Doppelbetten ist auch sehr gelungen. Die Lage ist besonders ruhig ein wenig abseits von Les Vans in den Hügeln. Dorthin kann man in ca. 20 Minuten auf einem steilen Pfad zu Fuß gelangen. Uns hat die Ruhe und die Zurückgezogenheit dort sehr gut gefallen. Der Preis scheint auf den ersten Blick nicht ganz günstig, ist aber angemessen, wenn man bedenkt, dass 8 Personen problemlos untergebracht werden können. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfreich, dabei aber angenehm zurückhaltend.

UN PETIT HAVRE DE PAIX

Très joli endroit au calme avec la piscine privative et la vue magnifique, la maison est très bien équipée où l'on s'y sent vite bien ; la grande terrasse est vraiment appréciée pour les repas et l'accueil de la propriétaire est parfait bref... nous reviendrons et nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé la région avec deux ados c'est une mine d'activités en plein air !

Don't doubt, this house is great!

We spend 2 weeks in this great house with 2 adults and a german shepherd dog. The 3 of us felt right at home! The house itself is very cosy and very good equiped. The teracce is completely closed of with fences which was very easy with the dog. The view from the teracce is amazing! We didn't use the pool much because it was rather cold in june and the pool isn't heated, but on the warmer days it was a great refreshment... there are many things to see and do in the area, even with the dog our days were easily filled. A real recommendation is the hiking area "bois de paoilive" just 5 minutes from the house by car. Wear good shoes though because the trails can be tricky! The market from Les Vans is worth it too, and there goes a very fun walk from the house to the centre of Les Vans. The walk is about 20 minutes and a bit steep, but the view is great and it's an easy way to avoid searching for parking-space on a busy market-day. In short: don't doubt, this house is great!
