Discover the comfort and tranquility of this cozy summer home! Quietly located, yet just a few minutes’ walk from the sea, the beach, the dunes, and the lively town center.

Featuring 1 bedroom, a beautiful kitchen, a bathroom, and a private terrace—ideal for 2 people looking to enjoy a relaxing stay on the coast. The perfect base for exploring the area and experiencing everything the coast has to offer!

Layout
The living room is functionally furnished and features a two-seater sofa, an armchair, a dining area, digital TV, and free Wi-Fi—ideal for unwinding after a day of vacation.

The open-concept kitchen is custom-built and equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator (without a freezer), a combination microwave, and a coffee maker (Senseo/filter).

The first floor also features a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.



1st Floor
The upper floor features a cozy bedroom with two single box-spring beds (80x200 cm) and a wardrobe.


Terrace
The terrace is furnished with a garden table and chairs and offers complete privacy thanks to the solid fence. It can be locked. You can park your own or rented bicycles on the terrace, and there is also a charging station for e-bikes.

There is no private storage room, but as a guest of the Wilhelmina Summer House, you can also store your bicycles in the communal shed.

Barbecuing is allowed on the terrace, but only on the raised terrace stone specifically designated for that purpose! 


Parking in Egmond aan Zee is subject to a fee!
A digital parking permit is included. This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. You must provide us with your license plate number when booking! We’ll enter this into the parking system.

-Pets are not allowed.
-Smoking indoors is not permitted.
-You can also park your bicycles in the shared shed.

-A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the shed. They operate on a coin-operated basis (€1.00 per use).
