The beach is only about 100 metres away.

The spacious living area invites you to relax with a cosy sofa, two armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. In the adjoining dining area, the whole family will find plenty of room at the large dining table to enjoy meals together.

The adjacent open kitchenette is fully equipped and features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a microwave. Additionally, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a coffee maker are available for your use. A Teufel sound system provides entertainment.

In the first bedroom, a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm) ensures a restful night’s sleep. A wardrobe and an additional flat-screen TV round out the amenities. The second modern bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (each 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms are interior rooms.

The holiday rental features a modern, tiled bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is ample storage space available for your personal items.

Vinyl flooring is installed throughout the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment where pets are not allowed. The terrace is furnished with high-quality lounge furniture. You can also enjoy spending time together at the large patio table.

The holiday rental includes an outdoor parking space right at the resort. Bicycles you bring with you or rent can be locked to the bike racks. Shared washing machines and dryers are available for a fee to handle your holiday laundry.

Villa Hanse is located right next to the pier in Kühlungsborn Ost, just about 100 m from the beach. You can access the individual holiday apartments via Staircase An or Staircase B. Villa Hanse offers coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a bicycle parking area directly behind the building.

The sauna and wellness area, featuring a sauna, an infrared sauna, and wellness loungers, ensures a relaxing break. The wellness area is available free of charge year-round.

Depending on the holiday rental, either an outdoor parking space or a space in the underground garage is available to you. The underground garage spaces are intended for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres).
