On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious, fully equipped separate kitchen with a large table for 6 to 8 guests, a comfortable living room with TV area, relaxation corner, and workspace, as well as a dining room with a table for 8. These rooms open onto a tree-lined garden with a large outdoor table for 10, garden lounge, and sun loungers to enjoy the countryside’s peace.



Also on the ground floor: a spacious master suite with queen-size bed, walk-in shower, double basin, desk area, dressing room, and separate toilet. The bedroom opens onto another part of the garden with a small table and two chairs for quiet moments.
