Schöne Lage und freundliche Gastgeberin, allerd. einig. Techn. Mängel

Pros: Die Lage der Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war geräumig und bot eine gute Ausgangslage für unsere Ausflüge auf Mallorca. Besonders positiv möchten wir die freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit unserer Gastgeberin Ina hervorheben. Sie war stets höflich und hilfsbereit. Cons: Leider gab es einige technische Probleme. Die vorhandene Waschmaschine war undicht und schleuderte nicht ordnungsgemäß. Auch der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, sodass wir ihn während unseres Aufenthalts nicht nutzen konnten. Gerade bei einer Ferienwohnung, die mit entsprechender Ausstattung angeboten wird, sollte man erwarten können, dass diese Geräte auch zuverlässig funktionieren. Hier besteht aus unserer Sicht Verbesserungsbedarf. Eine regelmäßige Überprüfung und Wartung der Ausstattung wäre wünschenswert.
