Welcome to Apartment 1 in Building 5 of the “Vier Jahreszeiten”!

This light-filled holiday apartment, just a stone’s throw from the beach, is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to three people.

The open, modern kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped: induction stove, oven, stylish VW refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, and a coffee maker. The flooring in the living room and bedroom is vinyl, creating a cosy atmosphere. A sofa area in the living room provides an additional spot for relaxing; a TV and radio are also available. A full-length mirror, a coat rack, and other practical furnishings round out the amenities.

A shared washing machine and dryer are available for laundry; appropriate use is expected. The heating system ensures pleasant temperatures year-round, and all windows are fitted with privacy screens to maintain privacy.

The bedroom features a high-quality double bed, a closet, and another TV. A separate window provides plenty of fresh air in the sleeping area, which can be darkened using an exterior blind.

A bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and sink is at your disposal; a hair dryer is also provided.

The outdoor area rounds out the amenities and is a real highlight: there you’ll find a large patio in the garden area with appropriate furniture, a lawn for sunbathing, as well as a beach chair and a windbreak that invite you to relax. There is a view of the sea, albeit limited, and both the sea and the beach are clearly visible from a short distance away: the sea and the beautiful sandy beach are about 50 metres away.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping options about 950 metres away, a restaurant about 500 metres away, and public transport about 800 metres away. A doctor’s office, bank/ATM, and supermarket are also nearby.

The accommodation is located in a rural, village-like setting right by the sea, allowing you to enjoy both peace and quiet as well as proximity to the sea and the beach. The surrounding area offers a wide range of recreational activities: beach volleyball, archery, football, gymnastics, Nordic walking, hiking, sailing, surfing, and biking, as well as a variety of options including restaurants, playgrounds, swimming, and jogging.

Your four-legged friend is also welcome here, and this apartment has two free parking spaces!

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” holiday complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square metres.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cosy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 lifts and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large car park with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
