For your comfort, the bathroom features a floor-to-ceiling shower, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, a toilet, a sink with vanity cabinet, a washing machine (7 kg), and a dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a 4-burner stove, a microwave, and much more.
A 40" Samsung Full HD LCD TV in the living area is perfect for evening entertainment. Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi guest access is available.
From the living/dining area, you have direct access to the patio with patio furniture and a garden shed. The garden is completely fenced in.
There is one marked parking space in front of the apartment.
Behind the patio, there is a separate, lockable shed for bicycles.
The apartment has insect screens in the kitchen/dining area, in both bedrooms, and in the guest bathroom. The bathroom and the living/dining area are heated by underfloor heating
One small dog is welcome in this apartment upon request for a fee. Bed linens and towels are provided upon request for a fee.
