Sehr schöne ausgestattet Wohnung.Ankommen -wohlfühlen. Die FeWo ist sehr modern und hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr sauber .Die Lage ist sehr zentral.10 min zur Seebrücke/ Strand und 5 min im Zentrum von Zingst.Unmittelbar Gaststätten und Cafés.Leider liegt die Wohnung an der Hauptstrasse,die halt in der Hauptsaison auch stark befahren ist.Deseegen ein Punkt Abzug bei wohlfühlfaktor. Leider gibt es auch nur einen Fahrradschuppen den man sich mit der Wohnung Luv teilen muss.Für 4 Fahrräder ist der Platz schon sehr,sehr knapp bemessen.Leider ist auch kein Parkplatz direkt bei der Wohnung,sondern ca 300 m entfernt. Lobenswert ist das die Wohnung eine Waschmaschine hat,welche in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt wird. Da ich doch 3-4 Wochen in Zingst Urlaub mache ist es optimal das Inder FeWo eine vorhanden ist.
