Das gesamte Gebäude ist in baulich hervorragenden Zustand, von den anderen Wohnungen wird man nicht gestört. Parkgaragen sind super mit Steckdose und Beleuchtung ausgestattet. Das Objekt würden wir nochmals anmieten.
