The apartment building was completely renovated in 2021!

This very well-maintained guesthouse is located near the centre—yet in an absolutely quiet part of Zingst.
It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach or the Bodden. A 3-minute walk takes you to the start of the popular pedestrian zone.

The 6 apartments, accommodating 2 to 4 people, are modern and comfortably furnished.
Amenities include: dishwasher, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, satellite TV, stereo system with Bluetooth, separate bedroom (except Apartment 5) with double beds and full-length bett1 mattresses for a comfortable night’s sleep, a kitchen with a dining area, one fly screen in each room, and separate bathrooms with windows, shower, and toilet.
All bedrooms and living rooms with extra beds can be darkened.

Included: 1 parking space per apartment, bicycle parking on the property and in a lockable bike shed with charging capabilities for e-bikes, Wi-Fi with 100 Mbps download speed, high chair, and cot (subject to availability).

Also included are the utility costs for: electricity, water, sewage, and gas, as well as use of the private garden with a grill and outdoor seating.

Cleaning fees, including utility costs and a starter kit (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, tea towel, sponge, and cleaning cloth).

Optional extras:
Bedding per person: 10 EUR
Towel package per person: 10 EUR (hand towel, bath towel, and bath mat)
You are also welcome to bring your own bed linens and/or towels.

A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in all apartments. 35 per dog per stay, plus visitor’s tax.

Apartment 4:

The holiday rental includes:

• a very well-maintained apartment on the ground floor of the building
• tiled floors, comfortably furnished
• suitable for 2 people + 1 toddler (in a travel cot)
• Separate bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m—full-length bed1 mattress)
• Living room with a cosy sofa
• Fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, 2-burner induction cooktop, and refrigerator with freezer compartment
• Cosy dining area, stereo system with Bluetooth, and satellite TV
• Bathroom with shower and window
• Windows with insect screens in every room
• Optional extras:
• Bedding package per person: 10 EUR
• Towel package per person: 10 EUR (hand towel, shower towel, and bath mat)
• However, you are also welcome to bring your own bed linens and/or towels.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
