High-quality, renovated 3-room vacation apartment in a prime location!
This completely renovated 3-room duplex vacation apartment, non-smoking, approx. 62 square meters, on the 2nd floor facing east, accommodating up to 4 people, with an east-facing loggia (morning sun, complete with balcony furniture and cushions), provides the perfect setting for a wonderful vacation.
From the entryway with a coat closet, you enter the living room and the new shower room/toilet.
The tastefully furnished living area, consisting of a seating area (2-seater couch, 1 armchair), a flat-screen cable TV, radio/CD player, DVD player, a dining area, and a new open kitchenette with access to the loggia, invites you to relax.
The new, high-quality kitchenette, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooktop (2 burners), and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, is comfortably equipped. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The new, modern bathroom features a shower with an extra-low threshold, a sink, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and a toilet.
The apartment features one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The larger bedroom has a comfortable double bed (2 m x 1.80 m, consisting of two high-quality single mattresses), while the smaller bedroom has two single beds placed in a corner.

A duplex garage can be rented for €8.00/day, or an outdoor parking space for €14.00/day (limited availability!).
Pets are welcome!
If you bring a pet, the daily rate increases by €5.00 per pet, plus a one-time final cleaning fee of €30.00 per pet in addition to the standard final cleaning fee.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, ein leichter Fischgeruch durch den drunterliegenden Gosch ist ständiger Begleiter. Eine Info über WLAN Schlüssel wäre hilfreich gewesen. Ebenfalls eine Info wie mal das Rolltor der Tiefgarage auf bekommt.
