Das freundliche Onlinebild der Wohnung entspricht nicht der Wirklichkeit. -Verkeimte Sitzmöbel,verschmutzter Teppich und verschmutzte Matratzen,einfach unhygienisch. -Fehlende Gästemappe mit allen wichtigen Infos zur Wohnung und zum städtischen Umfeld. -Sichteinschränkung vom Balkon auf die Marina durch Baumbewuchs. -Fehlende Rauchmelder -defekte Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrankbeleuchtung -Gläser unvollständig,Töpfe,Pfannen,Besteck unsauber. -quietschende Matratzen,die schon von anderen Gästen bemängelt wurden -Lärm im Wohnungsumfeld durch den Verkehr auf der Deichstrasse,durch tägliche Abbrucharbeiten im Hafen und durch die Gaststätte Deichtreff, bis in die Nacht
