City holiday rental with morning sun!
Partially renovated 1-room, non-smoking holiday apartment (approx. 23 sqm) on the 3rd floor facing the countryside, with an east-facing loggia (morning sun, equipped with balcony furniture and cushions) for up to 2 people.
From the entryway, which features a coat closet and kitchenette, you enter the combined living room/bedroom (with access to the balcony) and the shower room/toilet.
The living/bedroom area features a dining area, a fixed double bed, a cable flat-screen TV, and a radio/CD player.
The kitchenette features a 2-burner hob, a refrigerator with a 3*-freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a hair dryer.

A duplex garage can be rented for €8.00/day, or an outdoor parking space for €14.00/day (limited availability!).
Pets are welcome!
If you bring a pet, the daily rate increases by €5.00 per pet, plus a one-time final cleaning fee of €10.00 per pet in addition to the standard final cleaning fee.

das Appartment war gut, bis auf das Türschloss: der Schlüssel war sehr hakelig, anscheinend haben schon viele dort Schwierigkeiten gehabt da der Türkauf schon ganz wackelig ist. bei den Mieteinnahmen muss es doch möglich sein ein neues Türschloss einzubauen.
