Fully equipped vacation home "Winnetou" No. 187 in the countryside with terrace.

The "Winnetou" cottage (No. 187) can accommodate up to six people.
The front part of the cottage features a large living room with satellite TV and comfortable seating, while the back area has a dining table with chairs. Adjacent to this is the kitchen, which makes preparing delicious meals a breeze. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, microwave, and a stove with an oven.
It also features a patio with seating and a table, as well as a large lawn for relaxing and barbecuing.

You are welcome to bring your own bed linens and towels or rent a set from us for €13.00 per person. Please note that using the beds without bed linens is not permitted.

The following charges are due at the end of your stay before you depart:

Electricity based on usage: 0.40 euros/kWh
Gas (heating and hot water) based on usage: 3.20 euros/cbm
Visitor’s tax; 1.00 Euro/night/per person (ages 18 and older)

Free Wi-Fi is available at the front desk.

There is no private parking space available directly at the house. You may park your vehicle at the vacation home while loading and unloading; afterward, please park it in the large parking lot in the vacation village.

We also offer a cozy group room in the vacation village for events. The room is an ideal venue for family celebrations and can seat up to 50 people. It is equipped with a large dishwasher, several refrigerators, and plenty of dishes and silverware. In addition, the room is equipped with a projector and a screen, making it well-suited for seminars. The room rental fee is 50.00 euros per day, plus a 30.00 euro final cleaning fee.
