Das Haus im Ferienpark in Waldbrunn ist, wie ich schon viel gelesen habe, zwar veraltet, aber makellos sauber. Es ist komplett ausgestattet, auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es fehlt ein Wasserkocher, den wir selbst gekauft haben, weil der zu Hause ersetzt werden musste. Der Ferienpark ist sehr ruhig, man hört kaum etwas. Damit haben wir nicht gerechnet, das Wort „Ferienpark“ geht mit Lärm einher. Aber nein, zum Glück. Die Häuser sind so platziert, dass Sie auf Ihrer Terrasse Privatsphäre haben (Terrassen liegen nie einander gegenüber). Das Bett ist großartig. Draußen gibt es Fensterläden, was bei der Hitze dieser Woche sehr schön ist. Es gibt auch Fliegengitter, eine Fliege oder Mücke ist uns bisher noch nicht begegnet. Ich glaube nicht, dass es in der Gegend viel zu tun gibt. Aber wir haben nicht lange nach etwas Glitzerndem gesucht... Wir sind jeden Tag in den Bergen spazieren gegangen, haben viel geklettert und so findet man sich immer an den märchenhaftesten Orten wieder. In der Nähe gibt es einen See, in dem Sie schwimmen können, und von dort aus können Sie auch viele Spaziergänge unternehmen. Daher ist es eine gute Idee, vorher und nachher ein erfrischendes Bad zu nehmen. Wir sind mit dem Haus und dem Ferienpark im Allgemeinen sehr zufrieden. Und die Umgebung ist geradezu „zauberhaft“!

Zum Schlafen hat es gereicht

Wir haben das Ferienhaus nur zum Schlafen gebraucht und dafür war es in Ordnung. Das gesamte Haus ist in den siebziger Jahren stehen geblieben und das leider ohne den Charme. Zudem sind einige Fenster stark verschimmelt, das Mobiliar abgewohnt und es fanden sich Haare von Vormietern. Wenn man bedenkt, dass man extra eine Endreinigung bezahlt ist das schon ärgerlich. Die Küche haben wir nicht benutzt, war aber sauber. Der Check In war sehr unkompliziert und auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption erreichbar. Das IT-System und der damit verbundene E-Mail-Verkehr von Belvilla sorgte im Vorfeld für einige Verwirrungen.

Ankunft unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war sehr nett und praktisch eingerichtet. Ein Manko ist allerdings, die Glasschiebetür im Elternschlafzimmer. Dadurch das die Tür komplett durchsichtig ist, ist sie in geschlossenem Zustand wirklich leicht zu übersehen. Landschaftlich ist die Umgebung sehr schön, allerdings haben wir Restaurant, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. in fußläufiger Nähe vermisst.

Het Ferienpark is fantastisch onderhouden. Van de faciliteiten hebben wij geen gebruikgemaakt dus daar kan ik geen oordeel over geven. Vooral van de rust in het park hebben wij genoten. De woning is prima ingericht en keurig onderhouden. Het Odenwald is een mooie streek in Duitsland en heeft veel bezienswaardigheden. Al met al hebben wij een fantastische vakantie gehad.

Verouderde inrichting, wel bijzonder schoon. Prima bed. De bank zit niet echt lekker, dus hopen op goed weer zodat je buiten kan zitten! Het geheel is wel toe aan een opfrisbeurt. Volgende keer vragen we om een moderner huisje, dit is heel basic, maar daar was de prijs ook naar!

Voor de eerste maal op dit vakantiepark. Compleet en riant huis. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van het, deels overdekte, terras bij ons huisje, we hadden zeer goed weer. Verder mooie wandelingen in Neckargerach en de op Katzenbuckel in Waldbrunn gedaan. Bij een volgende boeking graag hetzelfde huis.

1 Belvilla of eigenaar heeft 1 advertensie met een algemeen beroordeling en huis informatie voor alle huizen in het park gedaan. 2 Ik was aan het zoeken voor 2 belangrijkste punten WIFI/Internet en Plaats voor 1 Hond. Er was geen WIFI in onze huis, geen Wifi/Internet dat was redelijk in prijs en wij moesten dicht bij het receptie stan/zitten om supper traage betalende internet te gebruiken. ERG>!!!!! Onze hond zou heel graag buiten spelen en genieten ..maar geen geluk...de hele tuin was gewoon open...en wij hadden ook een vreemde kat dat zou op bezoek komen elke dag om honden voeding te eten...dus leuk 3 Zwembad van het park zou op 15 Augustus klaar zijn om te gebruiken...geen geluk...wij moesten naar Eberbach rijden...

De faciliteiten op het park zelf vallen een beetje tegen en het is allemaal een ...

De faciliteiten op het park zelf vallen een beetje tegen en het is allemaal een beetje gedateerd. Maar de prijs en met name de omgeving maken het ruimschoots goed. We hebben hier een prima vakantie gehad en we sluiten een nieuw bezoek in de toekomst aan dit park zeker niet uit.
