The vacation bungalow at Romantikpfad 161 is an ideal retreat for nature lovers. The house was recently renovated and features a new, exceptionally well-insulated roof that ensures both energy efficiency in the winter and comfort during the summer months. The interior of the bungalow is bright and modern. Large windows offer a beautiful view of the surrounding nature and let in plenty of natural light. The rooms are all on one level and include an open-concept living and dining area combined with a very well-equipped kitchen, as well as two cozy bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The outdoor area invites you to relax with a spacious terrace and plenty of green space. Thanks to its location close to nature, guests can enjoy the peace and quiet, while hiking trails, forests, and attractions are in the immediate vicinity. An ideal place for relaxation, surrounded by the beauty of nature, with modern living comforts.

You are welcome to bring your own bed linens and towels or rent a set from us for €13.00 per person. Please note that using the beds without bed linens is not permitted.

The following charges are due at the end of your stay before departure:

Electricity based on usage: 0.40 euros/kWh
Gas (heating and hot water) based on usage: 3.20 euros/cbm
Visitor’s tax; 1.00 Euro/night/per person (ages 18 and older)

There is no private parking space available directly at the house. You may park your vehicle at the vacation home while loading and unloading; afterward, please park it in the large parking lot in the vacation village.

We also offer a cozy group room in the vacation village for events. The room is an ideal venue for family celebrations and can seat up to 50 people. The group room is equipped with a large dishwasher, several refrigerators, and plenty of dishes and cutlery. In addition, the room is equipped with a projector and a screen, making it well-suited for seminars. The room rental fee is 50.00 euros per day, plus a 30.00 euro final cleaning fee.
