With a spacious 180 m² of living space, you’ll enjoy holiday at its best. The light-filled living area with a fireplace and direct access to the southwest-facing terrace invites you to relax—whether in the summer with a cool drink or in the winter by a crackling fire. A Weber charcoal grill is available for all barbecue enthusiasts.
The modern kitchen-dining area is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired with a wine refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and spacious dining area—ideal for convivial cooking evenings with family or friends.
Three comfortable bedrooms, each with a cosy double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm), its own TV, closet, and en suite bathroom with shower, ensure maximum privacy and relaxation.
Another highlight: the stylish wellness area with a large sauna, freestanding bathtub, and comfortable loungers—here, even gloomy days can be transformed into pure enjoyment.

The “Strandhüüs” is located in an ideal holiday spot, just under 100 metres from the beach! And the house is a great starting point for everything you’d want to do on holiday:
Restaurants, a playground, a skate park, and kiosks are all nearby. A bakery, bike rentals, and—for the more athletic guests—a gym can also be found within a 1,000-meter radius.
You can conveniently park your car right by the house—and feel free to leave it there. The best way to get around here is on foot or by bike. Public buses run several times a day to Heiligenhafen or Fehmarn, so you’re super flexible. In general, Großenbrode is a great starting point for all kinds of bike tours: you can reach Heiligenhafen in just over an hour—a bit faster on an e-bike—or you can enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge and bike directly to Fehmarn.

Please note: The house is occupied by several households, some of which also have dogs. If you dream of gently sloping beaches, glowing sunsets, and relaxation for the whole family—then come to Großenbrode on the Fehmarnsund. The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station. The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the town of Heiligenhafen on the Warder Peninsula (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing port, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 metres long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
