Located in Heiligendamm, this holiday home spans two floors and is about a 10-minute walk from the natural beach. Spanning 65 m², the home features a combined living and dining area with a fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a sauna, and 2 bedrooms. The furnished terrace, facing southwest with a view of the greenery, invites you to enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. Unwind in the in-house sauna and enjoy peaceful holiday days on the Baltic Sea.

The open-concept living and dining area of the holiday rental features a sofa and a separate armchair, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a radio. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The cosy dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together or fun game nights. The fireplace provides cosy warmth and comfort, especially during the colder months. From the living area, you have access to the sun-drenched terrace.

The fully equipped kitchen features a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A toaster, a kettle, and a coffee pod machine round out the kitchen amenities. A high chair is available for the little ones.

The in-house sauna on the ground floor of the holiday home offers a special way to relax; use is available for a fee. A shower is available for when you need to freshen up.

There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed. A wardrobe provides storage space for your clothes. In the second bedroom, a box-spring bed awaits you for a good night’s sleep. A chest of drawers is also available here for your holiday luggage. Roller blinds provide privacy.

The naturally lit bathroom in the lower level, featuring a shower and toilet, includes a vanity with a lighted mirror and a hair dryer. The entire ground floor is covered with floor tiles featuring underfloor heating. The bedrooms on the upper floor have cork flooring.

The southwestern orientation of the houses offers plenty of sunshine on the large terraces with views of the greenery when the weather is nice. Each holiday home comes with a parking space. A walk to the Baltic Sea beach, 800 m away, is well worth it in any weather.
