Your apartment, No. 12, in the La Mer building is a bright, penthouse-style 2-room apartment measuring approximately 52 m². A special highlight is the large balcony. Almost all year round, you can enjoy the sun until late afternoon. The small marble table and the comfortable reclining chairs invite you to relax. A second balcony with a bench faces east. During the quiet winter months, when the leaves have fallen, the view of the sea is unobstructed, and you can hear the sound of the waves.

Modern flooring with a wood-grain finish covers the entire living area. In the light-filled living room, the high-quality pine furniture creates a cosy atmosphere. The striped double-layer curtain, which can be completely closed if needed, adds to the cosy ambiance. The modern sofa with adjustable armrests and separate cushions can be pulled out to form a sleeping area. A flat-screen TV and a CD player are also provided.

The kitchen is also made of pine and offers all the comforts for self-catering guests. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker.

In the bedroom of this holiday rental, a double bed invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. A wardrobe and a second TV are also included. An additional blackout curtain ensures a good night’s sleep.

The spacious bathroom offers plenty of counter space on the large marble worktop. It also features a full-length mirror, a makeup mirror, and a powerful hair dryer. Shower with door and toilet.

A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available to guests in the building’s communal basement for a fee. You can safely store bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented in the bike storage room. The distance to the beach is about 50 m.

The exclusive La Mer apartment building is centrally located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Kühlungsborn. This apartment building, dating from the Gründerzeit era, has been extensively renovated in the style of classic seaside resort architecture. The beach promenade and the fine-sand beach are approximately 50 m from the property. A bicycle storage room, as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers, are available for shared use. A staircase leads to the individual holiday apartments.

A free outdoor parking space is available for each holiday apartment right next to the apartment building.

Some of the holiday apartments feature a balcony or terrace where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Each apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living and dining area with cable TV. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
