This 43 m² two-room holiday apartment in Kühlungsborn West is located on the third floor of the “Haus Meeresblick.” It can accommodate up to two people for a relaxing holiday by the Baltic Sea. The apartment features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Enjoy a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea from the approximately 10 m² north-facing balcony. The fine-sand beach is about 50 metres away.

The living area of the holiday apartment welcomes you with a cosy couch, two wicker armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a Blu-ray player for enjoyable evenings together. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The adjacent dining area, with a table and two chairs, offers plenty of space for shared meals. From here, you have access to the furnished balcony.

The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a 2-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. A toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle round out the kitchen amenities.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) invites you to a restful night’s sleep. A wardrobe offers ample storage space for your luggage. Curtains are hung on the windows in the bedroom and living area to provide privacy and block out light. (The bedroom window opens onto the atrium)

The apartment’s bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink. A hair dryer completes the bathroom.

The apartment has hardwood floors. The bathroom is tiled.

The “Meeresblick” building, which has an lift and barrier-free access, is located at the western end of the beach promenade in Kühlungsborn. A bicycle storage room as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to you in the communal basement. Parking space No. 100 in the underground garage is included with the holiday rental (max. height over 2.00 m, max. weight 2,000 kg).

The Meeresblick building, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium featuring live plants, you can reach the holiday apartments via the stairs or the two glass lifts. The building’s south entrance provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short path to the beach. All guests have access to a bicycle storage room, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers.


Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
