Holiday Rental 019 at Haus Meeresblick is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

The two-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor on the west side of the building and features a terrace where you can enjoy the sun and a side view of the sea. The 45 m² apartment is divided into a living and dining area, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. Spend wonderful days on the Baltic Sea. The beach is about 50 metres away.

The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch and two matching TV armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a Blu-ray player. Enjoy cosy evenings here. During your holiday, you can use the holiday rental’s free Wi-Fi (subject to availability). The dining area, integrated into the living area, offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The kitchenette, which adjoins the living area, is well-equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. A 4-burner stove with an oven is available for cooking and baking.

In the bedroom, a double bed invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. A large closet offers plenty of storage space for your holiday luggage. The double sofa bed in the living area quickly converts into a sleeping space for 2 additional people. Curtains and drapes on the windows provide privacy and block out light (the bedroom window opens onto the atrium).

The holiday apartment has a shower room with a toilet. The spacious vanity offers plenty of room for your toiletries. A shower stool rounds out the bathroom’s amenities. The bathroom, hallway, and kitchen area are tiled. The living area has vinyl flooring, and the bedroom has carpet. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The Meeresblick building, which features an lift and barrier-free access, is located at the western end of the beach promenade in Kühlungsborn. A bicycle storage room as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to you in the communal basement. Your holiday rental includes a parking space in the underground garage (maximum height 1.80 m, maximum weight 2,000 kg).

The Meeresblick building, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium featuring live plants, you can reach the holiday apartments via the stairs or the two glass lifts. The south entrance of the building provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.


Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
