Apartmentanlage wurde als Schmuckstück angeboten - wir waren enttäuscht. Fenster extrem schmutzig. Balkontür unmittelbar neben der Sitzpolstergarnitur was beim öffnen der Balkontür störte, viel zu eng. Garageneinfahrt war wohl für SUV nicht geplant (extrem enge Einfahrt) Unter Schmuckstück verstehen wir was anderes.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, schön eingerichtet und die Küche komplett ausgestattet. Der Balkon hat Meerblick. Allerdings ist die Einfahrt zur Einstellhalle absolut inakzeptabel mit einem Einfahrtstor von ca. 2.40 m Breite und direkt danach eine enge 60 Grad Kurve. Mit Glück kommt man ohne Blechschaden wieder heraus. Wir können daher diese Unterkunft mit diesem Einstellhallen-Parkplatz nicht empfehlen.
