Holiday Apartment No. 26 in the Ostseewelle holiday apartment complex is a spacious, light-filled 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Your apartment is located on the 3rd floor and features a beautiful, large, furnished rooftop terrace (shared by three rental units). From the living area, you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea during the winter months. The approximately 50 m² of living space is divided into a living and dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms.

The living area of the holiday rental is comfortably furnished with a sofa, an electric fireplace, an armchair, and two stools. For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV and a stereo system with connections for an iPod and MP3 player. The apartment also features free Wi-Fi.

The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is equipped with a refrigerator, two ceramic cooktops, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Of course, a coffee maker, a Senseo coffee pad machine, a toaster, and a kettle are also available. The dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.

In the first bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) awaits you for a restful night’s sleep. A second TV provides additional entertainment here. The wardrobe offers ample storage space for your holiday wardrobe. In the second bedroom, two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) invite you to rest at night. Here, too, a wardrobe with plenty of space is available. Curtains and pleated blinds provide privacy in both bedrooms.

The holiday rental’s bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror.

The holiday rental features high-quality vinyl flooring. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.

You can conveniently park your vehicle in the designated outdoor parking space. A washing machine and a coin-operated dryer are available in a separate utility room. Bicycles can be stored safely in the bike storage room. The nearby beach promenade, with its many small shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés, offers plenty of opportunities for strolling and relaxing. The distance to the beach is approximately 50 m.

Thanks to its location near the beach, the Ostseewelle apartment building is the perfect holiday spot for a beach getaway in Kühlungsborn. The complex is located on Ostseeallee in the second row and runs parallel to the kilometer-long sandy beach, just 80 metres away. A bicycle storage area as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for shared use. Bicycles can be securely stored in the bike room. A staircase leads to the individual holiday apartments.

A free outdoor parking space is available for each holiday apartment right next to the apartment building.

Each is equipped with a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living and dining area with cable TV. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
