The Space:

Snow-dusted pines frame your arrival as you step inside to warm wood tones, vaulted ceilings, and the steady glow of a gas fireplace. After crisp mountain days, you ease into cozy evenings with space to gather, unwind, or spread out across multiple living areas designed for shared comfort and connection.



Living spaces

This lodge-style home offers two separate living areas, giving your group room to relax at your own pace. Settle in for movie nights by the fireplace, stream your favorites on Smart TVs, or enjoy quiet conversation while the snow falls outside. Each bedroom includes its own TV, making downtime easy for everyone.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 14 guests across 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Main-level living includes three master bedroom suites with no stairs required to access the living room, kitchen, or dining area. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional master suites plus a bonus bedroom featuring two twin bunk beds with four twin beds total. Linens and bathroom essentials are provided for your stay.



Kitchen & dining

Designed for group meals and easy gatherings, the kitchen offers ample space to cook together. You’ll find stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, dual ovens, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators, along with generous prep space at the island. A large dining table brings everyone together, whether for hearty breakfasts before the slopes or relaxed dinners after a full day outdoors. Coffee is simple with both drip and Keurig options.



Entertainment & amenities

Winter evenings are just as enjoyable as daytime adventures, thanks to a game room with a pool table, arcade machine, board games, and ping pong located in the heated garage. High-speed WiFi, a dedicated workspace in a common area, central heating and air conditioning, and in-unit laundry add everyday comfort to longer stays.



Outdoor features

The private hot tub is available year-round, offering a relaxing way to warm up after skiing or snowshoeing. A private patio and backyard provide outdoor space when weather allows, along with a gas BBQ grill.



Location & recreation

Located in Sunriver, the home includes SHARC passes with shared recreation access, including pools and seasonal activities. Mt Bachelor is about 30 minutes away, making this an easy home base for winter skiing, snowboarding, and four-season exploration.



This no-pet home is well suited for families, couples, and group gatherings looking to enjoy Sunriver’s winter setting in comfort.



Guest Access:

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in.

Blue Pacific by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 5 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure, with the standard check-out time set for 10:30am. (Please note during the Peak Summer/Holiday seasons we will not typically have an early arrival or late departure option available. However, our staff does keep us informed for property readiness and we will proactively reach out with early arrival availability during these seasons.)





Sunriver, is known as a "resort town" in Central Oregon and is regularly referred to as "Sunriver resort". However this term refers to the community of properties in the Sunriver region located in Sunriver proper, the town. The company "Sunriver Resort" is a separate entity, and our properties are not connected to, nor a part of the company.



Our properties are located in Sunriver resort proper and all homes offer SHARC passes for the water park, tennis/pickleball courts, and boat launch. We also offer bikes for the over 35+ miles of paved paths, and our homes feature amazing amenities. We're happy to advise on fun Things to Do in the region too, like river floats, white water rafting, or horseback rides!



Please Note:

The Sunriver golf courses have become private courses as of the 2025 season and are no longer available to the public. Additional membership options are available if guests choose to contact the courses directly and we are happy to provide contact information by request.

All of our Sunriver homes offer touring bikes for our guests to enjoy the 35+ miles of paved biking and walking paths. Relax and spend a day on the several golf courses and two of our homes reside on the Woodlands course. Enjoy SHARC passes (open year round) with every home for the local aquatics and recreation center, 20+ tennis/pickleball courts, and disc golf. Mt Bachelor and Bend are located only 30 minutes aware for trips to mountain experiences year round, or shopping and brew tours! There's something for everyone in Sunriver, Oregon from amazing amenities provided in our homes to fun things to see and do throughout the Central Oregon area.

Getting Around:

Sunriver, is known as a "resort town" in Central Oregon and made up of 11 roundabouts, or "Circles". Fairway Lodge is located between Circles 6 and 7 in Sunriver, and overlooks Woodlands Golf Course. Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro offers free downloadable community maps by request and included in guest check-in details.



Sunriver has over 35 miles of paved paths for walking and bikes to the SHARC, The Village, Marina (boat launch), and The Lodge.

Interaction with Guests:

Please note, all guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement.



Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7, including our afterhours emergency service.
