Charming Breton House with Shared Pool

Independent Breton character house in a quiet setting, featuring exposed stonework, fully equipped for your comfort. Enjoy the garden furniture with loungers and barbecue.



Located in a hamlet with three other holiday homes. The pool is covered, heated, secure, and shared with the other cottages. Open only from May 1st to October 1st.



A games room is available to all.



The house offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. One bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (140 cm). Bathroom and separate toilet also on the ground floor. Upstairs, a mezzanine with two single beds and a sofa bed. The main room includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa, armchairs, and a large fireplace. Washing machine, dryer, barbecue, and garden furniture are at your disposal. Bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra charge. Please leave the house clean when you depart.



You can clean the accommodation yourselves before departure or choose an end-of-stay cleaning service, available for an extra charge. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, and baby bath.



The house is in a hamlet with three other cottages. Free parking is available in front of the house. The cul-de-sac allows children to play safely in the large garden or ride bikes.
