The apartment is designated as a non-smoking accommodation; babies and children are welcome.

In the living area, a cosy sofa nook creates a relaxing atmosphere, while the TV with cable (digital) and digital TV broadcasting provide entertainment. Wi-Fi is available so you can stay reliably connected even while on holiday. For added convenience, there is a washing machine and a dryer for shared use. When it comes to sleeping, you’ll find a bedroom with vinyl flooring; the living area also features vinyl flooring—practical, easy to maintain, and cosy at the same time. The bedroom can be darkened as desired using electric exterior roller shades.

The kitchen opens onto the living room and is perfect for cooking together. It is equipped with an oven, microwave, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Dishes and silverware are also provided, so you can plan your meals flexibly. There is a dining area where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, and other useful amenities such as a cosmetic mirror.

The location is what makes this holiday rental so special: It’s located directly across from the spa gardens. The beach and the North Sea are only about 300 m away. If you enjoy strolling around the area, you’ll find shopping options about 1,600 m away, and restaurants are approximately 600 m away. Short distances allow you to plan your day flexibly—whether for walks on the sandy beach, an outing in the surrounding area, or relaxing moments right by the water. In addition, the beach and the sea offer ideal conditions for activities; cycling is just as much a part of the experience as the playgrounds in the area.

A balcony is available for fresh air and relaxing breaks. An underground parking space is provided, and parking is free—ideal if you’re travelling by car. Holiday in Döse by the Kurpark - Haus Elbstrom

Located directly across from the Kurpark in Döse, Haus Elbstrom sits on a dead-end street, promising pleasant tranquility. The sandy beach is only about 150 m away and can be reached quickly on foot.

Each apartment at Haus Elbstrom comes with an underground parking space. The clearance height is 1.90 m, and the parking spaces meet the minimum legal requirements. Larger vehicles will have difficulty manoeuvring here—unfortunately, we cannot offer an alternative parking space. Bicycles may be parked next to the parking space if there is sufficient room (hanging storage is also possible). However, there is room for a maximum of two bicycles. A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available in the basement.
