The "Waterkant" house is located on the seaside of Baabe, just about 300 m from the fine sandy and gently sloping Baltic Sea beach. Waldstraße runs parallel to Strandallee, giving you a central yet quiet location. Restaurants, shops, beauty and wellness services, as well as bus and train (Rasender Roland), are all within 500 m.



On the spacious 1,800 sqm property, an energy-efficient house of the latest generation with solar technology has been built. Inside, you will find generously designed 2- and 3-room holiday apartments with balconies. The outdoor area offers 700 sqm for relaxation and leisure. Here, you can enjoy a barbecue area with picnic benches, a children's play corner, table tennis, and a covered bicycle shelter. Each apartment has its own free parking space on the property. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
