Our spacious holiday apartment combines traditional charm with modern comfort and offers plenty of room to relax in its approximately 65 m² of living space. It features a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities, a cosy pull-out sofa, three TVs, and two comfortable double beds—ideal for families or couples travelling together.

The furnishings are made of centuries-old wood from our own farm, creating a warm, natural atmosphere. The entire apartment is equipped with pleasant underfloor heating, which ensures comfort even on cooler days.

The stylish bathroom and toilet are finished with elegant natural stone tiles. From the apartment, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Untersberg, the Gaisberg, and Hohensalzburg Fortress—the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday with a spectacular view.
