This cozy 44 m² accommodation offers the ideal retreat for 1–2 people. The separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed ensures restful nights, while the open-concept living and kitchen area invites you to relax and unwind. A special highlight is the private front yard, which offers additional outdoor space and is perfect for a leisurely breakfast or balmy evenings. The apartment combines comfort and coziness and is ideal for couples or solo travelers looking to enjoy a pleasant getaway.



On-site fees: A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. -Cancellations made up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available starting at 5:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code for this well in advance of your arrival. A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of €2.50 per person per night will be charged on site. Children ages 6–17 are charged a tourist tax of €1.00, payable on site. Non-smoking apartment!



Check-in is from 5:00 to 11:59 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
