4 Bed 2.5 bath, Lower level Master Suite, Garage, Close to the Beach, Shopping and Water Park! My sister owns the townhouse directly across the street, if you have a large family vacation planned. Its time to getaway from it all, in this beautiful decorated 2020 town house. The owner has thought of all the amenities that you would need for a relaxing, & fun time during your stay at the beach. Sawgrass South is a gated community with a lot of amenities. Within this resort-like atmosphere it has 2 clubhouses, 2 community pools, 2 gyms, public grills, tennis courts & basketball courts. There are several golf courses, and parks near by. It's only 3 miles away from the local Tax free Tanger Outlets. & only 5 miles from Rehoboth Beach.
