Great outside with private pool

The private pool was wonderful, with the garden all to ourselves We only met the host after 4 days, and spoke for 2 minutes. No more after that, so very much privacy.The bedroom had a good bed and enough cupboards, which was fine. The kitchen/living was simple, no breakfast plates or mugs. But there was a cake tin Only one little couch to relax on. The bathroom was very small. There was nothing in the shower to hang the shower head on. There was also no shelf or rack to put your shampoo etc. and there was an old-fashioned shower curtain. Not pleasant!Mandelieu has not much to offer, but the area of the house is quiet and in 20 to 30 minutes you are in Cannes or Antibes, both very nice for drinks and food. A bakery and a large supermarket are within a 5 minute drive of the apartment.

Your comments about the kitchen and bathroom are very helpful and we’ll make sure to add essentials like breakfast plates, mugs, a shower head holder, and a shelf for toiletries. These are simple but important improvements, and we really appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Regarding the couch, we totally understand the desire to stretch out after a long day by the pool! Unfortunately, the layout of the space doesn't allow for a full-size three-seater without turning the living room into an obstacle course. We opted for something compact to keep the space functional and airy. As for the limited interaction during your stay, we aim to respect our guests' privacy, but we’re always available and happy to assist if needed. Thank you again for staying with us in Mandelieu-La Napoule and for taking the time to share your experience. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again, with an even better experience next time!

Het appartement is leuk, groot genoeg en van alles voorzien voor 2 personen. Het terras, de tuin en het zwembad zijn een verademing. Het is er superrustig, ondanks de nabijheid van het dorp en een grote stad als Cannes. De buitenkeuken op het terras is perfect in de zomer. Marcy onderhoudt het zwembad perfect en doet dat in alle discretie. (Dankjewel Marcy!!) Maar als er iets is, dan is ze bereikbaar. Wat voor ons een verrassing was, is dat er in het huis nog een appartement verhuurd wordt. Deze huurder heeft geen toegang tot de tuin/terras/zwembad. Maar je moet wel telkens voorbij/over zijn terras om jou appartement te kunnen bereiken als je weg geweest bent. Dit was voor ons geen probleem, maar wel een raar gegeven. Het enige minpunt voor ons is de badkamer. Deze is echt aan vervanging toe. De wc-bril staat los (en kon niet meer vast gezet worden omdat de vijzen volledig verroest zijn), de douchekop heeft geen houder, de gordijnstang zit los en het douchegordijn was een beetje beschimmeld. Er was ook constant reukhinder (riool) in de badkamer. En door de afwezigheid van muggenramen laat je ramen niet graag open staan om te verluchten. Wij hadden er een geweldige vakantie en zetten het in ons lijstje van "misschien later nog eens".

Die Anlage hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Die Außenanlage war ein Traum an der Cote d'Azur. Die Wohnung für zwei Personen mehr als ausreichend, wenn man bedenkt das man sich eh nur draußen aufhält. Die Privatsphäre wurde zu 100% eingehalten.Liebe Marcy, wenn wir wieder an die Cote d'Azur kommen dann nur zu dir.

Marcy nous a chaleureusement accueillis dans sa villa conforme à l annonce, proche du centre tout en étant à l écart et au calme.Tout a été parfait, la literie très confortable, le vaste jardin bien entretenu, la piscine, la terrasse aménagée, très agréables pour profiter du soleil .Nous avons eu un bon contact avec Marcy qui est une belle personne très sympathique et généreuse (vin d orange, départ décalé) Un tout grand merci pour avoir contribué à ce que nous passions deux belles semaines de vacances, nous recommandons ce logement.

eigenlijk wil ik niet vertellen hoe fantastisch deze vakantiewoning is. wil ik graag voor mijzelf houden . Rust, privacy, geweldig zwembad en fijn buitenverblijf. Waar wij de meeste uren hebben doorgebracht. Altijd een eigen parkeerplaats. Wel zo handig. Zeer prettig en loyaal contact met de verhuurder. De verhuurder verdient meer dan 5 sterren. Wij komen zeker terug!
Wat een heerlijkheid dit plekje. Wij zijn weer opgeladen om weer tegenaan te kunnen.
Vanuit her keukenraam kun je op zee kijken. In een paar luttele (auto)minuutjes aan de kust.

Unkomplizerte, gut gelegene Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist im Haus der Besitzer integriert und hat ein wenig Blick auf das Meer in ca 3km Distanz und eine sehr gepflegte, ansprechende Pool-Area. Die Besitzer sind extrem unkomplizert und sehr diskret, so dass die Nähe überhaupt kein Problem darstellt. Die Wohnung ist sachlich, aber angenehm eingerichtet und man findet alles, was für einen Aufenthalt mit Selbstversorgung notwendig ist (oder wäre - wer will mit diesen vielen Restaurants in 15' Fahrtdistanz selber kochen...). Der Pool steht zur eigenen Verfügung, ist modern, blitzsauber und in einen schönen Garten eingebettet. Das Haus liegt hoch oben an einem Hügel in einer mit schönen Häusern dicht bebauten und absolut ruhigen Wohnzone (von Zeit zu Zeit hört man nur einen Privatjet des nahen Flughafens Cannes). Zum nächsten Strand sind er per Auto knapp 10', zu einem guten Laden (oder auch Einkaufszentrum) 3' oder gut 10' zu Fuss. Cannes, Nizza, das Massif d'Esterel sind sehr gut erreichbar, die Autobahnabfahrt ist in 5' Distanz, die Strasse aber nicht zu hören. Nicht ein Schnäppchen, aber für einen Sommerurlaub sehr zu empfehlen - Hinweis: Keine Klimaanlage (ein gut funktionierender Ventilator vorhanden).

Schönes und gepflegtes Objekt in ruhiger Lage!

Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Objekt in ruhiger Lage. Insbesondere der Garten war sehr schön. Der Pool war tief genug, um darin zu schwimmen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Tolle Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Pool, mit riesiger Terrasse und hochwertigen Liegen

Wir können dieses Objekt wärmstens empfehlen. Der Check-In war total unkompliziert. Marcy war immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten, ansonsten haben wir sie kaum gesehen und wir hatten unsere Ruhe. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool ist natürlich das Highlight. Die Sitzecke unten am Pool war unser Lieblingsplatz. Auch die Liegen mit den Auflagen und den Handtüchern waren TOP. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden (u.a. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine). Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber ausreichend. Trotz hoher Außentemperaturen war es immer angenehm kühl in der Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Danke Marcy! Noch ein paar kurze Worte zum Ort: Mandelieur-la-Napoule ist sehr schön, mit netten Kneipen und schönen kleinen Stränden. Ein großer Supermarkt ist nur 3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.

Super séjour

Tout était comme sur l'annonce. La propriétaire est très agréable et accueillante et très discrète pour nous laisser profiter de nos vacances. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la villa est très bien et le jardin avec la piscine très appréciable. Séjour au calme. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Parfait

Excellente semaine de repos dans cette belle propriété. Accueilli très sympathiquement par les hôtes, nous avons pu profiter d'un confort parfait dans un quartier calme. La location est idéalement équipée, rien ne manque. Le plus étant la piscine évidemment mais aussi la cuisine d'extérieur ainsi que les petits coins aménagés avec soin pour profiter de la fraicheur des apéritifs de fin de journées. Très belle expérience alliant confort et tranquillité. A refaire !

Urlaub, so wie er sein muss!

Ein ruhiger und erholsamer Ort, richtig zum entspannen. Alles hat gepasst und der Pool war natürlich das Highlight. Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Un vrai coin de paradis sur les terres de la Côte d’Azur

Magnifique séjour

Très bon séjour. La location correspond à la description. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et très discret. A réserver sans hésiter. La piscine réservée aux locataires est idéale pour se détendre.
