SAFE tranquility homy fealing

Stayed at TiraTiraa for 1 month in studio on second floor had a wonderful stay. It is a safe place,quiet did hear the train a few times butdid not botter me at all gives it an adventureous feeling. The condominium are well kept, clean, this unit is very well equiped and offers all you need for a great stay. The staff is very helpful and nice speak a bit of english enough to help you. The pool is nice and if you arrive before 10 am you will have a loundge chair i never experienced a problem with that as i had read bad reviews about that. The neighborhood is quite thaï you will find a lot of restauraurants,markets,the night market,busses run to go to Market village close by for 10 or 15 bahts per person and moto taxi are also a few steps away.i highly recommend it.

Trop de difficulté pour avoir des renseignements avec la propriétaire une fois le séjour bloqué

Appartement fidèle à la photo, résidence calme et propre, piscine idéale pour nager car au soleil que le matin mais j’aurais aimé savoir avant que ma réservation soit bloqué que l’electricité Ainsi que l’eau et le wifi n’etaient pas compris dans le prix, la propriétaire m’a dit de faire attention car une utilisation intensive de la clim pouvait augmenter la facture de 25 euros par jour . De plus j’ai découvert que les locations de particulier à particulier inférieures à 30 jours consécutifs étaient interdites en thailande j’aurais aimé le savoir pour décider en connaissance de cause.enfin plus de 15 jours pour récupérer la caution avec les moyens actuels semble excessif. A part cela la résidence Et bien situé sur Hua Hin

Bonjour Laurent, Merci pour votre réaction. Cette réaction a été traduite avec Google Translate. Et puisque j'ai utilisé ceci avec chaque message pour communiquer, il peut y avoir des malentendus. L'électricité et l'eau sont toujours facturés en fonction du compteur. Avez-vous payé cela? Le nettoyage final est inclus dans le prix. Mais le nettoyage supplémentaire et le lavage des draps et des serviettes coûte 25 € à chaque fois. WIFI n'est pas inclus et est clairement indiqué dans la description du studio. Les locations pour les séjours de moins 30 jours sont autorisées par les entreprises thaïlandaises. Et je loue à travers une compagnie thaïlandaise. Pas clair pour vous, mais pour moi. Vous êtes donc mal informé.
