Independent pavilion adjoining a large villa, Landes style, the "Home of the Woods". A large room in two parts.
Small closed course (for children).
Terrace with a table and garden seats.
Cars can be parked in a parking area (common to other apartments) next to the apartment.
The apartment very well suited for two adults and two children under 10 years. It is not worthwhile for four adults or adolescents.

we come back again ......

a cosy small hide -away in french style, very quiet on the back-side of the property with a sunny courtyard with not to much flowers and green, simply, but everything working for a relativly good price, nice reception by local lady, taking care about us... 5 minutes to the natural beach, a little bit to far to the city center, but with the bikes no problem... We will come back again....

Mieux que sur la photo. Je trouve que c'est plus sympa lorsque on est sur place. Le logement est un peu vieillot mais très pratique au niveau de l emplacement, on peut mettre ses vélos à l abri et rentrer sa voiture. Au calme , comme indiqué , très bonne accueil. La seul chose c'est lorsqu'il fait chaud, un petit ventilateur sur pied ne serait pas de trop.

Nous allons voir pour le ventilateur. Effectivement l'annonce ne précise pas l'abri pour les vélos ce qui est bien utile à Soulac. Nous allons l'ajouter dans la description.

Séjour agréable proche de l'océan

Petite maison bien équipée avec jardinet. A l'écart pour la tranquillité. On ne voit pas l'océan mais on l'entend car il est très proche et on le rejoint très rapidement à pied. La piste cyclable est à 2 pas et on atteint facilement le centre ville qui se trouve à quelques minutes

Un endroit petit mais agréable à vivre

A deux pas de l'océan, cette petite maison offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de très bonnes vacances. La cuisine est fonctionnel et le lit confortable. La maison reste fraîche toute la journée et la gérante est adorable. Très bon séjour à soulac.

Pour enlever l’aspect un peu vieillot, il est prévu de recrépir à l’automne la face du pavillon.

Mer et paix

Petite et charmante maison dans les pins, à l’abri du bruit et de l’agitation. Elle a beaucoup vécu, déjà, et l’évier, par exemple, en témoigne. Il ne faut pas compter, non plus, y mettre un peu de chauffage lors de fraîches soirées. Mais qu’importe ! Cette petite maison toute lambrissée à l’intérieur a un lave-linge, un vaste réfrigérateur, une cuisinière, un four à micro-ondes, tout ce qu’il faut (dont un excellent fauteuil et un téléviseur de qualité) pour jouir confortablement de la vie au son du chant lointain de la mer. La salle d’eau attend certes un petit coup de neuf mais elle est complète et fonctionnelle. Je n’oublie pas le très agréable salon de jardin sur la terrasse timbre-poste, ni le barbecue à la disposition des amateurs de sardines grillées. On est bien dans le « Home des bois » aussi nommé le Pavillon, d’autant mieux d’ailleurs qu’on est accueilli par une dame charmante et généreuse. Je recommande chaleureusement cette location.
