quite and still close to everything

nice location, very quite, children loved the ping pong table and other games. Close to Nice, Monaco... . Only advice: airco in the bedrooms would have been appreciated. But we helped ourselves with the fans, and that worked out as well

Unique house with many things to do including ping pong, billiards, piano, swimming pool. A lot of outdoor space surrounding the property. The drive up and down the hill to get to the property was a bit challenging for those of us not used to the narrow local winding roads. Within a 25 minute drive of niece, Monaco and several very nice beaches. The house were very nice and responsive to our questions/needs.The only downside was that the only toilet is located downstairs while the three bedrooms are upstairs.

Lovely Stay

We had 5 nights here, not long enough! Jean-Louis and Fabienne were very helpful and friendly. The house has a quirky layout, but was very clean and spacious. The outside is great with plenty of seating, the pool is refreshing after hot day and our son enjoyed playing the piano. There is noise from the motorway which was more noticeable in the mornings. The narrow, twisty roads are not for the fainthearted and the hire car was a little too big, but there is also a toll motorway if you want to get somewhere quickly rather than doing the scenic route. We enjoyed Menton, Eze, Monaco and Villefranche and went back to Nice to visit the Matisse museum. We would love to come back to the area, it's really beautiful.

The location is calm, in the hills, set back from the hustle and bustle of the city while still allowing access in 15 minutes via the Villefranche road to the beautiful beaches, coastal villages, old Nice or Monaco. The distant presence more than five hundred meters from a highway causes only a slight murmur that is generally almost imperceptible from the house, while allowing, as you notice, easier travel for more distant excursions in the Alpes-Maritimes. Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben mit noch einer Familie zwei Wochen in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Es ist alles dort was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und erklären einen viel zur Umgebung. Zum Meer fährt man ca. 15 Minuten und zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt 10 Minuten. Die Zufahrtstrassen sind Gewöhnungsbedürftig aber mit der Zeit geht es.

Magnifique maison au calme

Magnifique maison avec un jardin aménagé avec goût. La piscine est surprenante mais très agréable pour se rafraîchir et sécurisée pour les enfants. La terrasse est très agréable. La maison est très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très attentionnés. La situation est idéale proche de tout. Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine.

A propos de l'accès, il faut savoir que les Alpes-Maritimes en général sont un département montagneux où les routes ne ressemblent en rien à celles des Deux-Sèvres. C'est aussi cela qui nous donne ici de merveilleux paysages, comme le caractère et l'originalité du Comté de Nice ! L'accès à la maison, route communale sur environ 2 km, est certes sinueux mais cependant tout à fait praticable. Cordialement, les propriétaires

Tolles, uriges Haus mit ALLEM was man (und Kinder) brauchen

Wir haben mit unseren 4 Kindern (1-9) fast drei Wochen in dem wunderbaren Haus verbracht und empfehlen es zu 100% weiter! Mit Zitronenbäumen, Weinreben. Tomatenpflanzen… hat das urige Haus ein tolles „Surrounding“ und ist top ausgestattet. Vom WLAN und Ventilator bis zum Pürierstab ist alles da. Super auch, dass der Pool nur 1.10m tief ist und etwas um die Ecke, so dass man das Geschrei der Kinder nicht allzu laut hört. :-) Vermieterin Fabienne und ihr Mann sind super sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Hinweis: Die Straßen hoch zum Haus sind eine Herausforderung und auch, wenn das Haus dank Mückennetzen recht „moskitofrei“ ist: Fürs abendliche Draußen-Sitzen braucht‘s bei manchen Leuten Autan (zb bei mir, bei meinem Mann dagegen nicht :-/).

Superbe propriété, vue magnifique, équipements de loisirs au top, tout y est ! On ne peut qu'être sous le charme de cette ancienne maison provençale, idéal en famille ou entre amis. Seul bémol, la route d'accès sur les 100 derniers mètres.
