Away from it all

Beautiful property and view. Quite luxurious. The road to get there was a tad narrow and the location somewhat far removed, but worth the drive and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay in Nice

We had a wonderful stay. The Villa is great and very well appointed. The Views over the surrounding area are very special. It's a little away from central town as you would expect with a place with a pool. but ubers were easy to get and we were in town in no time. All in all a fantastic destination for our cycling holiday - but make sure you are fit - the hills are big!!

Perfect home for a family

This property was beautiful, clean, and lovely. Our 2 families (7 people) slept comfortably, played in the pool, and enjoyed the unbelievable views. Nicolas was so fast and friendly with communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better home or host!

Lovely gem

Amazing house and so clean and well equipped. As per other reviews, a wee bit out the way but we knew that booking it and enjoyed it for the pool and calmness!Plenty of Ubers and uber eats so all is good and lovey cooking facilities. Check in was very smooth and had everything we needed! Perfect for a big group of us

Modern, views with a drive to match

Very striking property with the things you’d need, but not much more than that. We had 7 people stay and happily run around the open plan downstairs. It took a lot of getting used to to drive up and down the neighborhood!

Absolute perfect experience

6 of us booked to stay here for a 50th birthday celebration, and i tell you, best decision ever. The view is to die for. The villa is absolutely gorgeous. Clean, relaxing and looks like your somewhere in Hollywood. Nicolas took good care of us, and made sure our stay was perfect. The location is abit of a drive to get to, so a car is necessary. We ordered ubers during our stay, which worked out perfect for us. All in all, its really worth it.

Beautiful villa in the hills

The villa was comfrorbaly big enough for 6 adults, the outdoor area and pool was fantastic, and the indoor communal areas were equally spacious and open-plan. Kitchen included the basic cooking essentials - maybe a few extra glasses wouldn't go amiss but other than that the villa was pretty perfect. Location-wise, it's a 15 min drive to the nearest (beautiful) beach, via the windy mountain roads that surround Nice. But this wasn't a problem for us in any way, and in case Uber and Uber Eats both reach the villa for convenience. Thanks Nicolas for a lovely stay.

Haus ist super geräumig und groß genug für 2 Familien mit Teenagern. Pool und Aussenbereich ist toll.Kommunikation mit Nicolas war hervorragend- er hat bei jeder Frage innerhalb von Minuten reagiert!Das Haus ist in den Bergen und schön ruhig. Etwas schwierig zu erreichen da es sehr enge Strassen sind aber nach ein paar Tagen ist auch das kein Problem.

Acces stratégique

Sur les 2 derniers kilomètres chemin très étroit le croisement avec les véhicules en sens inverse assez serré surtout face a des camionnettes....La villa est belle mais mal équipée en ce qui concerne la batterie de cuisine un seul faitout inutilisable, un seul saladier, une plancha HS un barbecue sale grille très encrassée une passoire cassée.Malgre ce manque de matériel,la villa est très accueillante bien décorée et propre les lits sont confortables.Accueil inexistant c est une boîte à clefs aucun contact humain C est une 1ere pour nous chez ABRITEL et aucune caution ??.

Les +: 1.Propriété conforme aux photos: calme, propre, belle vue, air conditionné efficace silencieux. 2. Réponse rapide du Propriétaire les -: 1. Le dernier kilomètre d’accès est un chemin étroit, pentu et accidenté, qui refroidira plus d’un conducteur. 2. Il n’y a pas de manuel d’utilisation des équipements (a/c, télé, plaque d’induction), ce qui aurait été utile pour la climatisation par exemple. 3. Il n’y a pas d’information pratique (où trouver boulangerie ou épicerie, éviter le raccourci par la Trinité…) Nos visites pendant notre séjour; Nice, Monaco, Eze, Menton, Antibes

Amazing Place

This villa is absolutely amazing and you have all the facilities you would expect from a first class quality villa. It was spotlessly clean with 4 double sized bedrooms. Everything you would expect from your own home to cook, clean and relax. It is a little off the main road in the hills but this villa is the equivalent to being in the Hollywood hills but in France! Loved it but you probably would need a car and we will definitely stay again if in the area. We went as a family of 5 (2 Adults and 3 teenagers) and the teenagers enjoyed having a separate bedroom each on the first floor. Nicolas came to meet us with the key on the first day and his correspondence via HomeAway was brilliant (got back to me within minutes).
