The place was perfect for our group of family and friends! Plenty of space and great location for visiting a few ski resorts. Would definitely rent this place again!
This is our third year staying at this property. I’ve been very pleased from the beginning and this was no exception property is as described, and we love the location worked with Craig on several occasions and he has been very helpful in any situation that we had I’m sure we will be back for our fourth year with no problems, thanks for everything
There is nothing not to love about this property. From the great communication with the owner and easy check in, to the incredible location at the edge of the forest to the amazing neighbors that cleared the snow from the driveway and made sure the trash got to the street. This home truly has everything you need and plenty of room for a group to stretch out. The snowstorm that gave a white Christmas was just the icing on the cake to an amazing trip. 10 outta 10 for a dog friendly adventure. Even our four legged family members has an incredible time. A fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. Would definitely stay again.
We had a fantastic stay! This home is perfect for an infant and a young walker—we really appreciated the baby gates and the spacious, well-thought-out layout. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for home cooking, though the bathrooms had minimal supplies like shampoo and hand soap, so I’d recommend bringing your own.One of our favorite parts was the massive open space in the back, where we enjoyed long family walks with the kids and dogs—it’s such a beautiful area to explore! The layout was a bit unexpected, with the master bedroom on the third level and the three additional bedrooms in the basement. The photos made it seem like the rooms were closer together, so we had our daughter stay in our room rather than being two floors away. That said, we have no complaints! The home was gorgeous, very clean, in a perfect location, and had fun games to enjoy. The host was also very responsive. We’d definitely stay again!
This house has everything you need and want in a mountain rental. Hot tub, fire pit, walking paths in the backyard, amazing views, dog-friendly, a well-stocked kitchen, lots of bed options, plenty of towels for all, and extremely convenient. We d love to stay again. Thanks so much!
Very pleased with the property! We love staying in Silverthorne. Plenty of room and amenities. This property was in a great location for everything we love to do. Would definitely stay here again and we plan to!
The house was perfect for our group of 6 plus dogs. Having the trails right out the back door was fabulous. The house had plenty of space for our group to spread out.

Great place!
Quite a spacious house! We enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to bring our dogs. The condo was well stocked and had a nice layout for relaxing. The hot tub was appreciated after a few days of skiing! Probably the best thing I can say is that the owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for sharing your home!
The location of this property was perfect. The trails directly out the back door were a huge hit with both the kids and adults in our group. The house was plenty large to relax but also cook meals and catch up with family. The initial room descriptions were a little different for us but that was a result of county requirements. We were expecting one of the rooms to have 2 bunk beds but instead it had a sleeper sofa. The heat definitely rises in this home but the provided sheets and blankets were sufficient. There were a few things broken (picture glass, fridge drawers) but it did not lessen our stay in the slightest. The hot tub was also much appreciated. Kind host and we would be happy to stay here again.
This is our second year for staying at this property and we love it. Great location for us and getting in and out is a breeze. Plenty of room for us and the place is really nice and clean. The only thing is I wished there had been a grill available. But that really is no big deal. We go to Colorado every year and have for 25+ years. Will definitely come back to this property!
Great location with great hiking in the backyard! The number of trails right out the back door made this property a step above the rest. We loved our stay and the home was very well kept. My only suggestion is the listing photos should be updated since the home was nicer than the photos reflected, and has a bigger flat screen tv to boot! Thanks for opening up your space to us.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. The house was very, very clean, and beautifully decorated. There was an abundance of towels, blankets, etc.The views were spectacular. The host was awesome, and communication was excellent! We enjoyed the hot tub, and fire pit as we made s'mores. The overall stay was so enjoyable and comfortable. There were some things that could have been cleaned up in the back yard, but overall the back yard was stocked well with wood for the fire pit as well as places to sit. Also, the path for hiking was just out back, easily accessible. Overall a wonderful stay, with a wonderful host!

Disliked: Cleanliness, location
Great location, but
With four garbage bins in the garage it is impossible to park in the garage!! We had to find places for the huge bins so that we could park. The stalker neighbor came outside every time we came and left. She has access to the unit when you are not there!! She complained about all previous vrbo guests. I was worried about what she would do when we left for dinner. The bathrooms were not clean, pillows are old, towels are dingy and cookware is unusable. The place looks like a college kid lives there. Junk in the backyard and closets, broken chair in the dining area, etc. The location to skiing and restaurants is great. It really needs to be professionally cleaned.
We wanted a rental that had its own hot tub, knowing the Covid pandemic would mean clubhouses likely would be closed.
And we wanted 3 bedrooms.... but wow, we got so much more. Tons of sunlight pouring in the windows in the open kitchen/dining/living room area. A well-stocked kitchen in terms of spices and implements (nothing worse than having to go buy salt, pepper, garlic, etc). Plenty of towels and dish soap. The owner was very responsive
When we had a question or two. Nicky located in Wildernest, very near the outlets and the. Yet state for easy access to resorts.
We got no snow during our weeklong stay so not sure how the pretty sloped driveway would be under those conditions, but I would give it a shot.
Seriously, the online photos don’t demonstrate the great large living area. And the master suite upstairs was quiet and comfy. Great stay and would book it again...
The home was a perfect accommodation for our family's weekend getaway. It has all of the amenities I could've have wished for and more. Plus the view is absolutely breathtaking. The check in process was seamless and communication with the owner was quick. Hope to book again in the near future. Thanks again!
The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub and fire pit were great after a day of hiking and kayaking.

Why they chose this property
When we found the lot, we fell in love with the view and knew it was the perfect location to build our mountain vacation home. With an eye to detail we built a spacious, beautiful home.
What makes this property unique
The view from the dining room and walking out the back door to national forest (and hot tub)are two of our favorite perks to Lakewoods II.
