Pool: After Labor Day, guests who would like a heated pool will be responsible for the costs associated with the propane. Arrangements to have propane delivered would need to be coordinated at least five days prior to arrival at the property.
The pool is closed from the end of September/beginning of October through Memorial Day.

Hot Tub: The hot tub is open year-round.

Cleaning: Guests who wish additional cleaning (daily, weekly) can be arranged at their expense.

Additional Persons: Additional persons are prohibited unless express approval is provided. Additional guests without approval will be subject to immediate termination of the duration of the rental period without refund. Maximum guests

Events: Events are prohibited unless express approval is provided.

Pets: Please note pets are not permitted. If a pet is found on the property, the stay is subject to immediate termination of the rental period without refund.
