I enjoyed my stay in Hana. The location was great and I got some fantastic recommendations from Ra. We were able to kick back and relax but were still close to the beaches and the town.

Great location for visiting sites north & south of Hāna. Wonderful privacy and beautiful sunrises. Interior is very clean. The tub is beautiful, but challenging to take a shower due to the bottoms curvature. Just a wonderful experience!

We loved staying here! It had all the amenities, was so comfortable and very easy for check in and check out. Perfect place for a quiet and relaxing stay in Hana. Also, SO close to the most gorgeous beach, only a two minute drive!

A cute little eclectic bungalow, well-decorated and well-equipped. She's probably older than me, so understandably has a few wrinkles. That said, a great place to spend the night on your Road-to-Hana adventure!

The doors are open welcoming you on arrival. Orchids lovingly placed throughout the house. It was so relaxing staying in Hale Ulu LuLu. It was perfect for my husband and I. Hana is a lovely place. Beaches, waterfalls, National Park.

The house was perfect for two people. We especially enjoyed the decor, and it was very clean when we arrived. The host was welcoming, responsive, and readily available by text, although we didn’t need to contact him at all during our stay.

Hana is a beautiful place to stay: beaches, people and food trucks. This property was a walk to Hamoa bay and a short drive into the town. It is close enough, but far enough from the hustle and bustle of tourists areas. The cottage is a unique find: cast iron bathtub, comfy bed and well stocked kitchen and dining room. I would highly recommend it.

Magical week in Hana

We loved staying at Hale Ulu Lulu. Sweet and comfortable cottage had everything we needed. Location was perfect. So close to Hamoa Beach and we loved seeing the ocean and hearing the surf. Wonderful spot!

The cottage was immaculate, yet welcoming with vintage Hawaii themed furnishings, and included a Betty Crocker picture cookbook from maybe 1960’s! Very thoughtful taste. Peaceful quiet and beautiful!

Great house for a longer stay

We chose the house for a 7 day stay in Hana to explore the east coast of Maui. The House is perfect, has a lot of room, good kitchen with good equipment and a washer and dryer. We loved our stay here

Cozy cottage in paradise. The cottage was impeccably clean, comfortable and in a wonderful location near Hana town. If we could have moved in permanently, we would have. You'll especially love the geckos and lizards patrolling the property

Super convenient location!

Whether you want to go to Kipahulu National Park, take a hike with ocean views or just enjoy Hamoa beach, this old style plantation hale puts you in the heart of all that is best about Hana. We live in Makawao and Hana is our favorite place for a stay-cation!

What a beautiful quaint house with so much character and cute little antique accents. Hosts were great! Great communication and abundance of local insight. So peaceful with a secluded yard adorned with plumerias, orchids, palms and so much more. What a perfect little place to call home for 11 nights.
