Der Vermieter und seine Frau waren ausgesprochen herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Gartenhäuschen lag zentrumsnah,aber sehr ruhig.Es war sehr individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.In der Küche gab es alles ,was man brauchte.Der Garten bot viel Platz zum relaxen.Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ruhiges und praktisches Ferienhäuschen mit Garten

Das Gite ist mit auf dem Grundstück des Eigentümers, der sich aber diskret zurückgezogen hält. Man hat den Garten für sich allein. Das Häuschen ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, ideal für 2 Personen. Das Auto kann man bedenkenlos in der Nähe abstellen. Der wöchentliche Markt (immer am Donnerstag) ist zu Fuß in 5 - 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Agde liegt sehr günstig um die ruhigeren Strände etwas außerhalb in 30 - 45 Minuten zu rreichen. Monsieur Alibert ist sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Kompliment! Wir kommen gern wieder ...

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem gepflegten, schönen Garten in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Haus der Vermieter. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Was auch an den sehr sympathischen Vermietern liegt, die einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen, wenn gewünscht. Die Lage am Rand der Altstadt von Agde bietet fussläufig schnell Zugang zu allen Geschäften, bietet aber trotzdem ein ruhiges Umfeld.

Trevlig lägenhet med lugnt läge

Om ni söker en lägenhet (som egentligen är ett litet hus på tomten) med lugnt läge i villakvarter med tillgång till parkering i närheten, men ändå med gångavstånd till Agde centrum, så är detta stället. Trevlig inredd lägenhet med allt som behövs och med möjlighet att använda del av ägarens trädgård för att äta och grilla. Vänligt mottagande, ägaren mån om att allting var i ordning. Lägenheten passar nog bäst för vuxna utan barn. Kan rekommenderas. Bra utgångspunkt för besök i området längs kusten eller inlandet och naturligtvis fina sandstränder på 4 km avstånd. Stort inköpscenter ca 1 km därifrån och gångavstånd till bageri.

Semaine parfaite

Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce gîte confortable, joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Tout est à portée de main et rien ne manque pour cuisiner ou faire un barbecue. Le gîte offre un grand calme après une journée bien remplie. Les enfants sont en sécurité dans un beau jardin. Des places de parking gratuites à proximité sont un vrai plus. Nous n’avons qu’une envie, c’est d’y revenir. Nous vous le recommandons vivement.

Nous avons apprécié le confort général, l'essentiel est là. Le lieu est calme, le jardin agréable. M. Alibert est effectivement discret et sympatique, il connait bien la région et nous a fait profité de ses conseils ( visite, gastronomie...). Un éclairage pour diner dans le jardin serait un plus !

Beautifully Quiet

This charming gite is situated in the very pleasant garden of the owner's house a short walk from the centre of old Agde. It is very quiet, and there is parking possible close by. It was clean and bright with plenty of room to move about in the bedroom and kitchen/diner/living room. Beautiful full length windows and french doors mean that the main room is flooded with light and allows you to view the garden should you not wish to sit outside. The owner was most kind and helpful without being at all intrusive. We thoroughly recommend this place.

Le gîte nous convenait parfaitement: agréable, bien situé, tranquille, simple, fonctionnel et très bien entretenu. L’accueil est tout à fait sympathique, le propriétaire attentionné. Nous qui aimons rapporter des produits frais du marché, avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. C'est certain, nous y reviendrons.

On ne peut demander mieux,

Le gîte est parfait, c'est très propre et bien entretenu.Il ne manque rien. Il est situé a proximité du centre-ville et des commodités. C'est un endroit tranquille, sécuritaire et Il y a du stationnement. Il y a de très bons restaurants sur le bord de l'Hérault à quelques minutes de marche. Nous avons pu faire du vélo sur le bord du canal du midi. La gare est à quinze minutes à pied en face de l'écluse ronde. le propriétaire est très respectueux et discret, mais si vous avez besoin d'aide ou de conseil il est là. On ne peut demander mieux.

surtout, ne changé rien

aucune mauvaise surprise à attendre de la location de Mr Richard. Accueil chaleureux et sincère, location au calme absolu avec même la possibilitée de dormir la fenêtre ouverte la nuit, coin verdure pour les repas et le tout à 5 mn, à pied, du centre d'Adge. Avec un propriétaire voisin trés discret. Surtout, ne changé rien.
