Why they chose this property
We are Farmers in Michigan and had this home rented out for several years and decided to sell, but when we came to town to prepare the house for sale, TJ decided she could not part with the house, sooo we compromised and agreed to share it with others when we are not in town!
What makes this property unique
This house has an amazing back yard with lots of privacy. It is located in McDowell Mountain Ranch which has amenities such as walking paths and trails, community pools, parks, is within walking distance of local restaurants, nail and hair salons, and more. There is a golf course located within the Ranch as well. Only a couple minutes from Westworld. Great place to stay during Barret Jackson, Arabian Shows, Quarter Horse and Reining shows etc.
