Very stylishly renovated on .60 acre, this East Hampton property features central air, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Great room with fireplace and lots of sunlight. Skylights in kitchen and living room. Top of the line Sub-zero refrigerator and wine storage. A chef's dream kitchen with two ovens and Viking stove top. Large dinning area. Large flat Samsung TV and Bose Sound System. Brand new appliances dishwashers and laundry. Beautiful garden with old trees and flowers, a fenced herb garden. A great place to spend part of the summer in the Hamptons, but not deep in the maddening crowd.
