Spectacular panoramic views take your breath away. Ocean, pools, palm trees. Walk out onto the deck and breathe in the fresh sea air, hear the waves -- you are on vacation!

One of only 4 oceanfront CORNER 2 bedroom units on the island!
The 2 wide extra side windows overlook a pool, swaying palms and the ocean -- making the villa brighter, offering breezes yet maintaining privacy. No tunnel feeling here! Boardwalk to the beach is conveniently just under our condo. Can't get much closer.

Completely renovated villa beautifully decorated in light, soothing colors. Modern kitchen, breakfast bar, formal dining table or al fresco dining on the deck. Free internet, Roku, cable and 3 large flat screen TVs. Master bedroom with King bed (new mattress 2025), updated Master bathroom with regular/rain shower and 2 vanities. Second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bathroom with standard tub/shower. USB charging ports in major rooms. Condo sleeps 4 (no sleeper sofa). Full size washer & dryer.

WE ARE SERIOUS ABOUT THE 4 PERSON MAXIMUM!!! Have a camera overlooking the front door to check arrivals as we have been misled in past. NOT A SUITABLE UNIT FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES DUE TO STAIRS. 13 exterior steps, interior has bedrooms on second floor of unit.

Watch the sunrise while having coffee on the deck! Nap on your private deck or by one of 3 sparkling pools! Enjoy the sounds of birds chirping, gentle waves breaking, and cross breezes in the palms while reading a good book. Take a long sunset walk on 2.5 miles of private beach while ghost crabs skitter into their holes and shorebirds skim the waves or crowd the water’s edge foraging for food. View nesting egrets and herons with their chicks in the rookeries-with turtles and alligators sunning in the shallows below.

Children can build sand castles, learn all about turtles; play in the gentle surf or any of the 3 pools. Crab or cast for shrimp at the crabbing dock, surf-fishing at the beach. Witness huge loggerhead turtles nesting or their tiny hatchlings making their way down the beach on the beginning of a long journey to the Sargasso Sea.

Guests have free access to the Beach and Racquet Club (BRC) containing: fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball court, baby pool, playground, badminton court. Rent bikes, kayaks etc nearby. The Turtle’s Nest store at the BRC rents bikes, has snacks, clothing, local arts and gifts.

Harbor Island is a very special place. Private gated community with 24/7 security, 2.5 miles of beach, 3 gorgeous pools, so peaceful. You will want to extend your vacation indefinitely.

Visit nearby Hunting Island State Park (5 minutes) to learn more about local nature, ride the big waves, climb the lighthouse; or take a 15 minute drive into historic Beaufort for shopping, restaurants and history, an outdoor drive-In movie theater.

Many festivals go on year-round between Bluffton, Hilton Head, Savannah, and Beaufort’s Waterfront Park. A fantastic military museum located at Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) Parris Island (20 minutes).
Great shopping at cute shops in Beaufort or take a day trip to Charleston 1 1/2 hr drive or 1 hour to historic Savannah, Georgia. 1 hr to Tanger Outlets, Hilton Head.

We live in Beaufort and love to spend time at the villa. We hope you will enjoy and appreciate it as we do and leave it as you found it. Bring your toothbrush, your favorite swimsuit and a beach towel. Come relax and enjoy!

We had a great time exploring the South Carolina sea Islands. This condo had a great view of the water. The island was nice and relaxing and not crowded. Candice was great to work with and her place had everything we needed for a week stay.

This condo had the perfect location. You are steps away from the pool and a two minute walk to the beach. The ocean water is calm at the beach. The property was clean and communication with property owner was great. The only thing we didn’t care for was the ring camera on the deck. This seemed a bit invasive. Great place to stay.

This condo is in the perfect location for a small family. We have been visiting the Lowcountry of South Carolina for 13 years and this condo is the ONLY place on Harbor Island I’ve been eager to return to. We’ve stayed for two weeks (in two different summers) now and I can’t wait to go back again! Gorgeous views of the ocean from inside and outside the unit. Super close and convenient access to both the beach and pools from the unit. Lovely comfy furnishings throughout, great beds, fully-operational kitchen with *everything* you need, and very clean and tidy. I truly can’t recommend this place enough. 10 stars!

Listing exactly as shown. Very clean, master bed seems to be memory foam, very comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessities and then some! The condo was remarkably quiet despite the always almost full parking lots. Multiple pools available for use, the deeper of the three was super clean. The view from the deck was picture perfect! Candace (host), was wonderful. Messages were answered promptly, she was an absolute pleasure.

Great for both families and nature lovers!

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed just as much as the first. Tons of wildlife around, wide open beaches that never seem too crowded, and a beautiful condo with an equally beautiful view. The only thing we didn't like was leaving.

A great stay for our little ones!

The location was wonderful, making movement between beach and pool so easy with the little ones and all the gear in tow. We really appreciated all the thoughtful amenities throughout the unit. It was so clean and comfortable. The check out process was also so lovely which allowed me the time to focus on packing up.

Upon retirement we moved to South Carolina and fell in love with the area. We live close to town but love having a nearby beach retreat --we feel like we are on a mini vacation when we are out here! So quiet and close to nature--we know you will fall in love with Harbor Island!

Why they chose this property

Harbor Island is in a special protected nature area called the ACE Basin. There are many species of migratory birds, loggerhead turtles and other wildlife here! We just couldn't believe that we could actually found such an incredible place. We feel very privileged to be here and be able to share it. Corner oceanfront units are a scarce commodity - only four 2 BR on the island!

What makes this property unique

The condo is designed as a serene and light-filled place. One feels at peace and happy the moment you enter. Unique engineering made the condo larger and more comfortable then peers. Corner oceanfront units are a scarce commodity - only four 2 BR on the island! The views, soft furnishings and full electronics provide easy living and entertainment.
