One of only 4 oceanfront CORNER 2 bedroom units on the island!
The 2 wide extra side windows overlook a pool, swaying palms and the ocean -- making the villa brighter, offering breezes yet maintaining privacy. No tunnel feeling here! Boardwalk to the beach is conveniently just under our condo. Can't get much closer.

Completely renovated villa beautifully decorated in light, soothing colors. Modern kitchen, breakfast bar, formal dining table or al fresco dining on the deck. Free internet, Roku, cable and 3 large flat screen TVs. Master bedroom with King bed (new mattress 2025), updated Master bathroom with regular/rain shower and 2 vanities. Second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bathroom with standard tub/shower. USB charging ports in major rooms. Condo sleeps 4 (no sleeper sofa). Full size washer & dryer.

WE ARE SERIOUS ABOUT THE 4 PERSON MAXIMUM!!! Have a camera overlooking the front door to check arrivals as we have been misled in past. NOT A SUITABLE UNIT FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES DUE TO STAIRS. 13 exterior steps, interior has bedrooms on second floor of unit.

Watch the sunrise while having coffee on the deck! Nap on your private deck or by one of 3 sparkling pools! Enjoy the sounds of birds chirping, gentle waves breaking, and cross breezes in the palms while reading a good book. Take a long sunset walk on 2.5 miles of private beach while ghost crabs skitter into their holes and shorebirds skim the waves or crowd the water’s edge foraging for food. View nesting egrets and herons with their chicks in the rookeries-with turtles and alligators sunning in the shallows below.

Children can build sand castles, learn all about turtles; play in the gentle surf or any of the 3 pools. Crab or cast for shrimp at the crabbing dock, surf-fishing at the beach. Witness huge loggerhead turtles nesting or their tiny hatchlings making their way down the beach on the beginning of a long journey to the Sargasso Sea.

Guests have free access to the Beach and Racquet Club (BRC) containing: fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball court, baby pool, playground, badminton court. Rent bikes, kayaks etc nearby. The Turtle’s Nest store at the BRC rents bikes, has snacks, clothing, local arts and gifts.

Harbor Island is a very special place. Private gated community with 24/7 security, 2.5 miles of beach, 3 gorgeous pools, so peaceful. You will want to extend your vacation indefinitely.

Visit nearby Hunting Island State Park (5 minutes) to learn more about local nature, ride the big waves, climb the lighthouse; or take a 15 minute drive into historic Beaufort for shopping, restaurants and history, an outdoor drive-In movie theater.

Many festivals go on year-round between Bluffton, Hilton Head, Savannah, and Beaufort’s Waterfront Park. A fantastic military museum located at Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) Parris Island (20 minutes).
Great shopping at cute shops in Beaufort or take a day trip to Charleston 1 1/2 hr drive or 1 hour to historic Savannah, Georgia. 1 hr to Tanger Outlets, Hilton Head.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Super clean. Beautiful views. Owners were very kind and responsive. The condo had so much there. Games, so many kitchen items, and towels. We really loved the island and it has become our new favorite place. We will definitely be returning next year!

This condo is in the perfect location for a small family. We have been visiting the Lowcountry of South Carolina for 13 years and this condo is the ONLY place on Harbor Island I’ve been eager to return to. We’ve stayed for two weeks (in two different summers) now and I can’t wait to go back again! Gorgeous views of the ocean from inside and outside the unit. Super close and convenient access to both the beach and pools from the unit. Lovely comfy furnishings throughout, great beds, fully-operational kitchen with *everything* you need, and very clean and tidy. I truly can’t recommend this place enough. 10 stars!

Listing exactly as shown. Very clean, master bed seems to be memory foam, very comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessities and then some! The condo was remarkably quiet despite the always almost full parking lots. Multiple pools available for use, the deeper of the three was super clean. The view from the deck was picture perfect! Candace (host), was wonderful. Messages were answered promptly, she was an absolute pleasure.

Great for both families and nature lovers!

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed just as much as the first. Tons of wildlife around, wide open beaches that never seem too crowded, and a beautiful condo with an equally beautiful view. The only thing we didn't like was leaving.

Harbor Island is truly a special place. The beach is great for children and not crowded even on the busiest of days. The condo is exactly as it is billed and the views are fantastic. This was our third time staying here and we are already talking about "next time"!

Another great stay

This is our second time staying at this condo. The view is amazing and the condo is comfortable and clean. This condo has a confortable bed, a well stocked kitchen, games to play on rainy days, an easy walk to the beach, close to the pool. Candace is great at communicating with you and answers questions quickly. We look forward to our next visit!

Wonderful

The view from the condo is very lovely. It was a beautiful place to watch the gorgeous sunrises. The sun warms the balcony in the morning with the shade keep it cool enough to sit on in the afternoon too. I would recommend this condo to others.

Cute and Clean

We had a great stay. This was our first time visiting this area. The villa and facilities were great. Very clean and not overly crowded. The unit was stocked well. The stairs outside and inside did prove to be a bit challenging for my Mom to climb multiple times a day. The owner was very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. One area that could be improved upon is the balcony. The current table/umbrella setup offered little to no shade which made it challenging to enjoy. All in all a positive experience for our family.

Great Family Vacation

Our time on Harbor Island was perfect. The condo was everything we needed and perfectly situated on the dunes for a wonderful view. Candace was very helpful before our arrival giving us information we needed. While there was no construction taking place on our unit while we were there, our back deck was closed for our stay due to construction on other decks. This was absolutely no fault of Candace's as she informed us well ahead of time of the modification. The deck would have made the trip even better. But it was still an amazing condo and great for our little family.

Most Relaxing Vacation Ever!

My husband and I were in need of a relaxing vacation. This definitely fit the bill. Candace’s place was absolutely beautiful. I loved being able to see the ocean from almost any room. Everything we could have needed was there. Candace was quick to respond to any questions and we enjoyed meeting and talking to her at the pancake breakfast. We loved walking to the rookeries and watching the local ospreys. My husband even got to video a loggerhead turtle burying her eggs before returning to the ocean one morning on the beach right in front of the condo. I am already missing sitting on the balcony and enjoying my breakfast. I hope that we can return again in the future. Thanks Candace for a perfect week to relax and recharge!

I have rented numerous Condos through VRBO. I have never found a Manager and a owner like these. They went the extra mile to make sure the condo had everything needed. Little things like a sample of Coffee for the Keurig,body wash, laundry supplies, salt and pepper, flour, coffee filters, etc. They also had a weather radio, emergency lantern, first aid kit. Wow. The condo is perfect and very clean. Judy called and checked on us the first evening and made sure everything was Ok . I have NEVER had that happen before. the second day the owners left some items and a nice note at the door for us,WOW. If you want a very nice, secure, clean, relaxing vacation. This is the place. Good job Judy. We will be back.

Beach Perfection!!

This beach front villa condo really made our vacation perfect. Light seashore colors, tastefully artistic, but not excessively decorated. The kitchen offered all utensils and cook/bakeware we needed. Very clean and well-cared for. We observed the no lights shining after dark- (for the turtles) And also participated in one of the sunrise excursions with the Harbor Island Turtle program and got to witness a baby loggerhead making its first trip out to sea! I loved browsing thru the nice selection of Coastal Living and Veranda magazines while relaxing on the balcony with the amazing views of the Carolina coastal plant life, well-placed boardwalks and tbe ocean. As described, this being an end unit, the side windows brought uplifting light and gorgeous palm trees as a backdrop to the dining and living room. The pools, Turtle's Nest gift shop and lunch offerings were terrific, and the local residents were very welcoming and hospitable (which isnt always the case when you are a summer renter in other resort communities). Really grateful for the experience at this villa and community. And huge thanks to Candace: very responsive to any questions I had and lovely to correspond with.

Fantastic! You will be so glad you stayed!

This condo has it all! To start, it has the best location out of all the condos! It is next to the fitness center, the prettiest pool, and good parking. The beach is just steps away, and you can enjoy gorgeous unobstructed views of the ocean from your balcony (and master bedroom). The condo is tastefully and comfortably decorated, and the bathrooms are clean and new. We prepared most of our meals in the well-appointed kitchen (I even baked bread). The kitchen is open to the main living area so everyone could easily interact. The washer and dryer cleaned our clothing so well I plan to put a set in my own home! The owners have obviously put a lot of thought and effort into ensuring a restful, relaxing, comfortable retreat. Also very importantly- this beach is beautiful. We saw a cluster of five or six dolphins swimming together each day, lots and lots of birds and crabs, and lovely dunes... And not many people. It almost felt like a private beach. Beaufort is a short drive when you want to get out and about. All in all- we hope to return every year. Don't hesitate to book this condo for your fantastic and memorable vacation.

Loved this property!! Will be coming back!

We have been traveling to Harbor Island for 7 years now because when we found it we just fell in love with it! We loved the location of this condo...right next to the pool and directly on the walk to beach. This condo was newly updated and so very nice! They thought of everything! Nice flooring, comfortable living room furniture, great channel options on the tv, stocked kitchen, new washer and dryer, great book options (my son was obsessed with the children's books the entire week!), upgraded bathrooms, two sinks in the master. The only two things that I was disappointed in was that the beds in both rooms could have been more comfy and we had trouble with keeping the condo cool at night. Being two stories, the upstairs would be sweltering half way through the night. Almost like the air conditioner kicked off. I am sure it is a simple fix, or they could leave specific instructions for the air conditioner for what to do at night to keep it cool. It is certainly nothing that would keep us from not staying here again. We plan on coming back next year!

A lovely place to spend a week. The windows give multiple views of the beach and sky. A perfect spot for enjoying the sunrise over the ocean. The villa is so comfortable and well appointed and spotless. Candace was on point giving suggestions and pointing out activities for the week. All in all a great stay.

Great location

This condo had the perfect location. You are steps away from the pool and a two minute walk to the beach. The ocean water is calm at the beach. The property was clean and communication with property owner was great. The only thing we didn’t care for was the ring camera on the deck. This seemed a bit invasive. Great place to stay.
