Relax and get away from it all in Miramar Beach, FL (just minutes from Destin and 30A). Beach Resort is family friendly with one of the BEST POOLS around. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor.

Come relax at our home away from home. Recently updated, the condo is furnished with everything you could want and sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. There are tile floors throughout the tastefully decorated condo. Starting with the Master bedroom, there is a King Size bed with a new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress with an en-suite Master bathroom.

Down the hall is the bunk room fitted with twin bunk beds with barn doors for extra privacy. Attached is a full guest bathroom with a stand up shower.

The recently updated kitchen is fully stocked:

In the living room, we have a queen sleeper sofa and a pair of matching recliners with a 70 inch Smart TV and DVD player. We have plenty of board games, puzzles, DVDs, books for your entertainment (even a WII Console). Our unit is an open concept with a dining room table and additional bar stools at the kitchen counter for extra seating.

A sliding glass door leads you out to the balcony where you will find a patio table with four chairs and a chaise lounge to relax and sneak a peek of the Gulf.

We have a large storage container for guests in our covered garage parking spot stocked with pool noodles, body boards, sand toys and games.

The property is fantastic overall. Great pool! Only a 5 minute walk to a private access beach. Great location that is near to lots of things to do. It was clean, well stocked with helpful items, and the host was easy to contact. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the master bed was hard, lumpy, and uncomfortable to the point that I was unable to sleep well. The water pressure in the shower was also barely adequate.

Our family fell in love with Destin and have been coming to this area for over 10 years. We visit about 3 times a year and decided that we enjoy it enough to start roots here. We spend lots of quality family time here and love the beautiful beach and proximity of local area restaurants and attractions.

Why they chose this property

Modern remodel with a fantastic pool (heat in the off seasons) and hot tub. Beach Resort are low-rise condos with only 64-units, built in 2006.
