About this property

Relax and get away from it all in Miramar Beach (just minutes from Destin and 30A). Beach Resort is family friendly with one of the BEST POOLS around. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor.

Come relax at our home away from home. Recently updated, the condo is furnished with everything you could want and sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. There are tile floors throughout the tastefully decorated condo. Starting with the Master bedroom, there is a super-comfy King Size bed with an en-suite full bathroom.

Down the hall is the bunk nook fitted with twin bunk beds with barn doors for extra privacy. Attached to the bunk nook is a full bathroom with a stand up shower.

The recently updated kitchen is fully stocked:

There is a Wii console with games, board games, puzzles, dvds, books for your entertainment. Our unit is an open concept with a dining room table and additional bar stools at the kitchen counter for extra seating.

A sliding glass door leads you out to the balcony where you will find a patio table with four chairs and a chaise lounge to relax and sneak a peek of the Gulf.

Great Stay

My daughter and I had a very relaxing stay! The condo had everything we needed. Very clean and roomy! Close to the beach with lots to do. The grounds and pool were well kept. The owner really thought of everything. Definitely recommend booking this condo and thank the owner for such a clean and comfortable stay!

Fall Break Family Vacation

We have 3 boys (9, 7, & 2 years old) and we needed a place with a convenient location and a great pool area. We really liked the location as the private beach access was only a short walk and the pool area was amazing! We walked down to Pompano Joe’s, and Kenny D’s was right next door. Everything was easy with this stay so we will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in this condominium. It was in a perfect location with all of the amenities… garage parking, elevator, kitchen with all necessities, beautiful heated pool and hot tub, beach access with chairs and umbrella, newly renovated, a COMFY king bed, wonderful view and next door to our favorite restaurants! The property was clean and comfortable. The access to the elevator and pool area was convenient. Parking in the parking garage kept the bad weather off the vehicle, and made for easy access both coming and going. The only item I had a problem with was a very slow drain in the sink of the second bathroom(by the bunk beds). Everything else was just fine. Thank you-The Crockett's

Awesome Property

At first glance it seems hidden and not glamorous. But as soon has you pull in you see the great garage, personal parking space and easy access to the room. The room is modern, has great board games, view of the pool, and beach toys for the kiddos. The master bedroom is awesome, balcony is spacious, and the kitchen is spacious. Beach access was only 5 minutes away and the pool is amazing. Best bang for buck property for a family vacation.
