House with calm assured near the beach and amenities.
Very warm charming Provencal style house where it feels good .... like being at home .... Very comfortable with 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with 1 bed 160 cm and the second bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 cm.
It has the advantage of being quiet at the same time it is close to shops and 100 meters from the beach. And the roof terrace with lawn (65m2) equipped with a summer kitchen, where you can sunbathe, make good grills and eat outdoors or just rest in a quiet chair Long or hammock, play a game of ping-pong.
Among other things, a car is not necessarily necessary since everything is nearby.
Peaceful location, in the heart of the Maritime Alps. Possible to radiate around the French Riviera with ease. 20 km from Monaco and 30 km from Italy. Great choice of means of locomotion: bike-bus-train-tram-car-On foot.
Cagnes sur Mer is 3 kilometers from the racetrack. Near Nice must see the French Riviera in Cannes but one of the most stylish cities of the French Riviera with his Croisette where she welcomes all years of the stars. Thousands of people visit the Riviera for its beautiful beaches but also for its typical Provencal villages tr Bachelor such as Saint Paul de Vence, Eze Village or Gourdon. Appartement très propre ,bien placé vers bord de mer. Propriétaire très accueillant et conseille très bien les endroits à visiter. Rien à dire de négatif. Superbe vacances!!!

Petite maison très agréable

Patrizia nous a chaleureusement accueilli et nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison aménagée et décorée avec goût. On s'y sent bien ! La terrasse est parfaite aussi ! Merci beaucoup.

Tranquilles à Cagnes sur mer.

C'est trés bien à tout point de vue:excellent emplacement trés bon accueil.Si nous retournons sur la côte d'Azur ,nous relouerons cet appartement.
