Very nice 3-room apartment in a villa with garden and loggia

The holiday home is located in a charming Provençal villa surrounded by lush vegetation atop a small hill, close to all amenities and a 5-minute drive from the sea. The setting is peaceful and bright, and the grounds are well-maintained (the residential area is classified as a green zone). The apartment features two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 fold-out beds), a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the garden with a patio and barbecue facilities. In the summer, meals are enjoyed in the shade of the pergola. Three parking spaces are available. All bedding is provided, and pets are also welcome at no extra cost. All taxes are included in the rental price, except for the optional departure cleaning fee. Bookings are typically from Saturday to Saturday (check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM on Saturday morning, but these times are flexible). Cagnes-sur-Mer is the perfect base for exploring the French Riviera. You’ll be close to the inland region, which is full of charming and picturesque villages (Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Gourdon, Biot, Saint-Jeannet, Vence) as well as cities such as Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, and Monaco. For our guests, the numerous restaurants and bakeries will offer regional specialities: clams with chard, pissaladière, socca, and the incomparable little stuffed vegetable from Nice. In Cagnes-sur-Mer, you’ll enjoy its markets brimming with local colours and aromas, the lovely seaside promenade, the beaches, the shaded cafés, and the summery atmosphere.
