Welcome, the condo is open April 15th through October 15th annually.
Come and discover the charm and timeless beauty of The Resort @ Goose Rocks Beach one mile from the Goose Rocks Beach. This well-maintained condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The delightful master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed and an en-suite. A generous second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a double and single, and the third bedroom has a double bed. The living room has a flatscreen TV, Cable, and Internet. Air conditioning, heat, a washer/dryer an a private entrance and driveway. The Resort includes an indoor and out door pools with a game room, jacuzzi and kiddie pools. We look forward to having you here.

My love for Kennebunkport and interest in real estate led to the inevitable purchase of this property. It has been the perfect fit for our family. We take pride in our home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

At the Resort you have a choice of an outdoor pool, an indoor pool and going to the beach should you like changing things up. The game room has; a pool table, air hockey table and ping pong table. The exercise room offers a variety of equipment in the Club House. Throughout the grounds, you'll find a volleyball net, tennis courts, a variety of grilling stations with picnic tables and a swing set.

What makes this property unique

The condo has three bedrooms and is 950 square feet. Additionally, there is a back porch with chairs and a side table. This year we purchased a new loveseat, sofa and carpet in the TV room. The master bedroom has a new king size mattress. The bunk room includes shelves of books and sand toys to use at the beach. The dining room table is straddled between the kitchen and TV Room making it easy to have a snack while watching TV.
