We really enjoyed our holidays in the charming house with the fantastic pool and the amazing cote bleue with different beaches all around. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Wundervolle Zeit in einem tollen Haus mit netten Menschen

Im Großen und Ganzen war der Urlaub wundervoll, und das Haus und seine netten zuvorkommenden Vermieter (inklusive Schwiegervater im Erdgeschoß, danke fĂŒr Ihre nette Hilfe!) haben viel dazu beigetragen. Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch. Der Ort selbst ist eine kleine Stadt ohne zu großen Touristenauflauf, aber schönen kleinen GeschĂ€ften und nahe dem Strand mit den wunderschönsten Felsenbuchten. Und auch die Lage im Ort ist toll - obwohl am Rand eines Wohngebietes gelegen fĂŒhlt man sich durch die ĂŒppige Vegetation rundum fast wie auf dem Land. Das Haus selbst ist wie auch schon andere schrieben gerĂ€umig und durch seine Bauweise zu jeder Tageszeit mit bequemen SchattenplĂ€tzen umgeben, auch der Pool liegt perfekt in Bambus eingebettet. Es ist hervorragend mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und auch sehr schön geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die gefliesten WohnrĂ€ume sind weitlĂ€ufig und mit rustikalen Möbeln versehen, die Schlafzimmer liebevoll renoviert. Was ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, und weshalb es nicht ganz die volle Sternezahl gibt: der Zustand war durchwachsen fĂŒr den verlangten Preis. Wir hatten wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts mehrere "Pannen" (u.a. Klo nicht nutzbar, Poolpumpenausfall, Internet weg, Grillbeleuchtung disfunktional) die von den sehr netten Vermietern erklĂ€rt und teils auch behoben werden konnten - mit ein wenig aufmerksamerer Pflege hĂ€tte davon aber vielleicht einiges vermieden werden können. Trotz der kleinen MĂ€ngel ein toller Aufenthalt, danke!

Spacieuse et bien située

Grande villa familiale mais qui mĂ©rite quelques rĂ©novations car dans son jus. La cuisine date au moins des annĂ©es 80, avec des Ă©quipements Ă  changer (hotte HS, micro-onde rouillĂ© Ă  l'intĂ©rieur, certaines poĂȘles Ă  remplacer
), mais elle est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Les fauteuils, canapĂ© et chaises de salon sont aussi trĂšs usĂ©s. Quelques prises sont dangereuses (pas fixĂ©es ou trop chargĂ©es en rallonge) L'alarme de la piscine ne fonctionne pas. Si on n'aime pas le vis-Ă -vis, ben il y en a du cotĂ© de deux des chambres, qui donne sur un immeuble d'habitation. Le coin barbecue n'Ă©tait pas Ă©clairĂ© (ampoules HS). Mis Ă  part ça, la villa est spacieuse et agrĂ©able. Il y a des portes fenĂȘtres et baie vitrĂ©e avec stores Ă©lectriques, mais aussi la clim. Les chambres sont sympas et grandes. 2 belles terrasses ombragĂ©es. De plus, on est Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied de la premiĂšre plage. Leur parent qui vit au 1er niveau est sympa et Ă  l'Ă©coute aussi, en cas de problĂšme ou question. Les propriĂ©taires aussi. Pour conclure, malgrĂ© les points nĂ©gatifs, on a passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour.

Deze woning is de hoge prijs absoluut niet waard. De locatie is aardig en het zwembad wel ok.

De woning was niet schoon en rook erg muf. De schoonmaakmiddelen stonden her en der in de woning. Alle bestek, borden waren smoezelig en plakten. We hebben we zelf alles opnieuw gereinigd. De vaatwasser weigerde telkens dienst. Het geheeld is de hoge prijs van de woning absoluut niet waard en zouden we nooit iemand aanbevelen. Afrader dus!

TrÚs agréable séjour

La villa est vraiment trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre. De plus, elle a son charme et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Elle est situĂ©e dans un petit quartier rĂ©sidentiel au calme avec cĂŽtĂ© piscine une superbe vue sur la garrigue. Le coin piscine avec le salon de jardin et la terrasse en teck est superbe. Le tout est entourĂ© d’un riche Ă©crin de verdure avec de magnifiques bambous gĂ©ants et d’autres variĂ©tĂ©s d’arbres dont nous dĂ©couvrons les premiĂšres feuilles vertes. La proximitĂ© de la villa avec le bord de mer (400 m environ) et des commoditĂ©s (boulangerie, presse, supermarché ) est vraiment trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs pratique. Le jardin d’enfants et les tennis Ă  proximitĂ© sont un plus. A noter qu'il est possible de garer sa voiture dans l'enceinte de la villa et que la maison est accessible par deux entrĂ©es. En bref, nous avons passĂ© un magnifique sĂ©jour, les propriĂ©taires sont sympas, nous recommandons sans hĂ©siter !

Superbe vacances dans un endroit paisible

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine de rĂȘve dans cette superbe et spacieuse villa situĂ©e Ă  flanc de colline et proche de la mer. L'endroit est trĂšs calme. La piscine est superbe. De plus, les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs sympathiques. Un endroit magnifique pour des vacances rĂ©ussies !
