We saved and saved and saved and we decided to create a "home away from home" at the BEACH to share with others. This little place is near & dear to our family. We both grew up in Marietta GA and live here to this day -- very connected to our community. We have both been in real estate for over 25 years and love it!

Why they chose this property

Tony and I have travelled to the panhandle since we were 15 years old -- we actually met and fell in love in PCB while in college independently staying at Summerhouse!! This little place is near and dear to our hearts!! We love the family friendly setting, close proximity to some of the best restaurants on the beach & ease of shopping, etc!

What makes this property unique

Two pools, baby pool, hot tub, game room -- wonderful gazebo for a cool break from the PCB Sun - perfect for those pop up thunderstorms and especially for our sweet family members who want to be near the action and watch the babies while guarding against the heat -- great memories are built here - the kids laughing in the pool is one of our all time favorites!
