Idyllic Family Getaway In Lovely Eastern Washington

Make yourself right at home in this lovely waterfront getaway. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped sunny yard right on the lake with 150 feet of waterfront. Swim, sunbathe, fish off the dock, play in the grassy yard, watch all the birds on the lake, roast marshmallows over the firepit and so much more. Launch your boat on our ramp and tie it up to the dock or mooring can for waterskiing or fishing. We have kayaks and paddle boards for your use.

Groceries, fuel and services are less than 5 miles away. All the benefits of Spokane are just 30 minutes away with lots of great restaurants, Riverfront Park and charming shops. We are 20 minutes from Riverside State park for great hiking trails.

The house is redecorated yet still holds the old "Gramma's House" charm. The house is a ranch style that sleeps 8 comfortably in four separate rooms. A large master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and has its own door into the main bathroom featuring a comfy clawfoot tub with a view of the lake and a handheld shower head. Both bathrooms feature heated floors. A third bedroom is a bunk room for the kids or overflow of guests with a double size bottom bunk and a single top bunk. The recreation room features a piano, pool table, game table, excercise bike, an antique miracle weight loss machine, smart TV, fireplace and a deluxe queen size sleeper sofa.

This is our 4th repeat stay at the lovely lake house. It's a lovely, comfortable home that allows guests to enjoy kayaking, paddle boards, talking a dip in the lake, drinking coffee in the morning on the porch, and even playing pool to see who cooks dinner!

This is a beautiful location and the house has a lot of history. Very clean and well presented. There are a few things that could use some updating, but the big one is the air conditioning. It was quite warm outside, and it couldn't maintain a comfortable temperature. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Fun on the lake

This was our third year at this property. Perfect for a group of people or family. Lovely backyard that backs up to the lake. Fun game room in the house. Looking forward to going back in 2025.

Great place to stay. Unable to swim off dock due to lots of seaweed. But a short paddle away from shore great swimming. Comfortable rooms. Had everything we needed. We would go back again.

Amazing Stay!

This was an amazing house for our weekend stay! Comfortable and cozy making you feel at home. The rooms were comfortable and lacking nothing; plenty of extra bedding and towels. The kitchen has everything needed and even a great variety of seasonings. The yard was amazing with a view that was hard to beat. The communication prior to and during the stay was awesome! Thanks for an incredible stay and we'd love to come and stay again!

Family Time

Great location for our family gathering to meet our new grandson. The home provided a comfortable meeting spot. We especially enjoyed the coziness of the fireplace with lots of dry firewood. The owner was very communicative and responsive to our questions.

Perfect Place

This was our groups 2nd stay at this location. Can't say enough good things about the house, the yard is so well taken care of down to the river. Everything was fully stocked. And it was nice to have a little bouquet of flowers and a bottle of apple cider to greet us. Looking forward to next year.

Living on the Water

Great View of the lake. This is the second time staying here. This place is a little older but has everything we would need in a vacation rental. Kitchen is well stocked. The bbq worked well. Beds were comfortable. plenty of room. Levi, we appreciate you letting us rent your place and we will be back again!!

Great house on lake with private boat launch.

House was very roomy with our party of 4. We really enjoyed the views of the trees, lake & bald eagles. Boat ramp was great to have for launching the boat & taking it out of the water every day. I only wish the dock had tie up cleats and bumpers for the boat. Some days it gets windy, and we were unable to tie the boat up to the dock.

From the booking to check-in and our stay, this was the perfect trip. The owner contacted me right away and was very welcoming. The property manager met us when we checked in, gave us a tour of the home, which gave a more personal feeling for the property. This used to be a family home, and I felt like I was staying with relatives - in a good way. I had a sense of nostalgia and was grateful to finally see a home that hadn't been modernized for no reason. Some things are OK left they way they are, and this place was perfect.
