Come stay in our condo and check out Fraser and Winter Park for lots of family friendly activities. Ski, hike, bike, golf and swim your way around town and explore what the area has to offer...You WON'T be disappointed. Our place is just the right size for your family and friends and a great drive from Denver.

Enjoy the great views of Byers Peak and Winter Park Resort while relaxing in the pool or hot tub of this wonderful mountain retreat. We have all the extras including over 140 movie titles, fully stocked kitchen and lots of board games. Check out our comfy condo and leave the work week behind! And for those that can't leave work behind...we offer free wireless internet.

We provide a cozy sunlit living area with a wood fireplace, NEW 39' LCD television, VCR and a DVD player. Enjoy other amenities like a full-size furnished kitchen, three full bathrooms, Free Shuttle service to town and resort (only avail in winter ski season), and deluxe clubhouse down walking path with year-round fitness machines, swimming and a hot tub.

The Meadow Ridge Resort Community is a quiet high alpine meadow. Enjoy all conveniences within a few minutes drive including a Safeway grocery store, restaurants, fast food, liquor stores, ALCO general store, boutique shops, and coffee shops. We're just 4.5 miles away from Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resort and 15 from Sol Vista! Drive just 90 minutes from Denver International Airport. Shuttle and train service are also available to/from Denver including the Ski Train.

NO PETS and NO SMOKING Please!!

Towels are provided at the Clubhouse for pools. Thank you for leaving the bath towels in the condo.

An additional $185 cleaning fee will be added to all rentals.
A refundable security deposit of $200 will also be collected with rental fees.

Annual Ski Trip at great condo

Hi - I have stayed in this condo several times and everytime it is perfect for my family and friends. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has every pot and pan you will need for cooking and essential items such as sugar and even flour are well stocked. I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect condo located close to the slopes

Condo had everything that you could need for a stay in the mountains. Very close to Winter Park ski resort which made it easy to enjoy the slopes. Pool and hot tubs at the club house were an added bonus.
